Spent today resting and updating my teaching resume.
By the end of the month I will have coached 65 hours of private and group classes/workshops over this winter season! 😅💪🏻 📸 by @gravityalternativemovement
Today was an amazing day filled with family, friends, and yoga/aerial training! ✨ Since practicing @modern_yoga_scottsdale, I have left ever single one of @yogi_john's classes with new tools and body awareness. Today for example, in a few short minutes, the adjustments and alignment tips he gave me progressed my handstands more than they ever have (and I've been working on them for years!) 🤗 I immediately came home and practiced (trying to apply those tools). They are not super pretty yet, but they are more controlled and consistent than they have ever been! All I can say is THANK YOU, I feel so fortunate! 🤓 I also feel fortunate to have had the chance to flow and send/receive energy with the incredible @nickyvb! 😍 You and your practice are absolutely beautiful, it was so great to see you today! #documenting#365daysofaerial#day205
🎉 Progress Report 🎉 check out @mimimidnightx’s one year splits progress!!! 😍😍😍 Margaret works SO hard, and it’s so obvious when you see the results 🤩 the left is from before she started training with me, and the right was taken a couple months ago. Such great work, Margaret!! I admire and appreciate all your hard work, and can’t see what kind of crazy breakthroughs we can make this year 😃😆😊 #trainingwithcatiebrier#flexibilitytraining#splits
"Investing in yourself pays the best interest"
For me, learning handstands has been the most tedious, hard and frustrating investment I ever done, and probably the one that pays off the most! This skill has helped me in everything I do, from teeterboard to hand-to-hand, to learning how be really present and focused on one single moment... Happy handstanding!!!
