✨Sharing is caring.✨ @dbstanczyk and I are soaking up every last bit of seasonal citrus that is slowly being replaced by the juiciest champagne mangos and early peaches! Fruit just feels so right. 💕🍊🍋🍑#peaceloveandseasonalfruit#eatseasonal
Our mandarin lime and hibiscus gin is distilled using incredible fruit grown in a local glasshouse that has been given a second lease of life by Joyce Hardy. Read Joyce's story and join us for a tour of her vinery, over on the @bellalucehotel's latest explore article:
PHOTOSENSITIVITY [please read!]: It's nearing summertime which means you're getting outdoors, enjoying the sun and soaking in those beautiful rays. Please be aware and safe with your essential oils! There are several @doterra citrus oils that are considered photosensitive, which means their chemical constituents react with UV rays, binding to your skin and ultimately oxidizing when exposed to direct UV rays and can cause icky rashes and reactions. What does that mean? These beautiful oils are potent and pure and safe but we need to treat them with respect and be aware of how to use these incredible bottles safely on our bodies. SO, if you are enjoying time out in the sunshine or using a tanning bed, do NOT apply the following list of oils topically on your skin where you are getting direct exposure to UV rays.
SINGLE OILS: Lemon • Grapefruit • Lime • Bergamot • Cumin • Kumquat || BLENDS THAT CONTAIN THESE OILS: Citrus Bliss • Elevation • Sunny Citrus • Slim & Sassy • Purify • Breathe • Forgive • Motivate • Cheer || CITRUS OILS THAT ARE NOT PHOTOSENSITIVE: Tangerine • Wild Orange • Red Mandarin
When using these oils topically, if you'll be going outside, make sure to apply them under clothing where they won't be exposed to direct sunlight and dilute. Most of the blends are pre-diluted. Internal use of these oils are completely safe and don't cause photosensitive reactions. 🍊🍋✨🌿 Enjoy your oils and enjoy the sunshine my beautiful tribe!!
