Entering high school, I saw that everyone in my school picked up a camera. I had the luxury of finally meeting people my age that shared my passion for photography.
There were a few kids in my school that took photography to another level and climbed roofs and bridges just for a few photos. Seeing their photos had me intrigued but I was nauseated because I have a fear of heights and I never would've thought that I would risk my life in the name of photography.
Here I am now. This shot was taken on top of the Williamsburg bridge. Bridges have always been the biggest fear of mine and I climbed it to prove to myself that I can overcome my fears. For me this was Mount Everest.

Hey guys, I'm Hao (@nikon.nyc). I'm from New York and I'm 16 years old. I'll be taking over @city.squad for the day. Hope you guys enjoy the takeover.
My parents got me a Nikon D7000 around the 6th and 7th grade and we used to travel a little but never went anywhere far from New York. As I got better with photography, my birthday approached and my dad got me a D700 which I still shoot with to this day. I stopped shooting a while after.
This was taken on the tallest hotel in America. I just love being able to see the entire city from this building. New York isn't your average city, its architecture is breathtaking and getting tired of it has never been heard of.
