And relax...🌙💛🌼 Today has been rather hectic - I ran around London to various meetings this morning (not literally, more of a brisk stroll in my new stan smiths), then headed to an impromptu flat viewing, before packing the evening with a cardio session. Tonight’s run included 10 minutes of sprints, then a 45 minute recovery run which I really enjoyed. Six miles, a bath and a quick dinner later I’m wrapped up on the sofa, ready for it to be an acceptable time to go to bed 😂
On a side note, today I read Holly Butcher’s heart wrenching letter and it’s made me stop and think about everything. It’s mad how quickly I run around and how blind I am to those around me. I urge you all to read, stop and have a think tonight. 🙏🏼🌙💫🌟

The IWT format is in my opinion one of the best ‘biggest bang for you buck’ formats for building all round conditioning and power endurance. The combination of full body compound lifts mixed with high intensity cardiovascular efforts leaves no stone unturned. Strong body, strong lungs, and a good format for also building a strong mind.
