Quem treina pesado e pensa em ganhar músculos, certamente já ouviu falar dos Benefícios da Canela, já que os efeitos desse condimento no organismo são bastante relevantes, especialmente para quem está em busca de um corpo definido. A verdade é que a canela tem como principal benefício o fato de ser uma ótima opção para regular os níveis de açúcar no sangue, pois ela aumenta a resistência à insulina, o que faz com que seja mais fácil chegar ao objetivo de ganhar massa magra. Ou seja, ela é uma grande aliada da saúde de forma geral, já é capaz de prevenir doenças como o diabetes tipo II.
OS BENEFÍCIOS DA CANELA:
✔Regular o açúcar no sangue.
QUANTIDADE DIÁRIA RECOMENDADA:
Alguns estudos já sugerem que a quantidade de canela suficiente para trazer benefícios à massa muscular e ao ganho de massa magra é bem pequena, cerca de 1 grama por dia. Ou seja, se houver a multiplicação por 7 dias que temos na semana, significa que apenas 7 gramas por semana já é um excelente começo. E é ai que sua criatividade precisa entrar, misturando o condimento na comida, em sucos, vitaminas, suplementos ou mesmo de uma única vez. Mas, a última opção não é recomendada se o objetivo for continuar consumindo a canela com frequência.

First week of school and My Best Bod girls starting up on top of work... how do I not freak out?! Well... I did. For like 5 minutes on Monday. Then I realized, I got this. There's nothing you can't do if you work hard and push through. So how do I manage stress? I wouldn't say I'm the best but I'm working on it. First take a big deep breath. Next write out everything you have scheduled and need to get done for the week. Each day update it and add to the list and check off things as you get them done. This helps relieve a ton of my stress by seeing I'm being productive. The other thing I've been doing is writing out what time I want to go to bed by. I am horrible at getting enough sleep which adds stress. So I try to get to sleep by that time if I can. Plan ahead meals, workouts, tasks, and "you" time. If you aren't prepared, chances are your going to add more stress. I meal prep so I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat throughout the week. I also write down what time I'm going to workout so I don't have an excuse not to. Lastly, don't be lazy. If you want to succeed, sometimes your going to have to work harder and push through. Stress is apart of life. You can manage it, but a little stress is good in my opinion.
