Hello friends! It has been a while. Just trying to adjust to the hectic life of three little boys. Nothing could be more delicious, but also extremely time consuming! Some days I feel like I can barely squeeze in a meal and since I’m nursing, feels like I’m going to faint. My trusty oat bowls never let me down though. Quick to make, nutritious and filling, they are the perfect pick me up. This one is covered with blueberries, banana, Pom seeds, @crazyrichardspb drizzle and some agave as an afterthought. Did you know that you can actually regrow some of your kitchen #scraps ? .
I made a delicious potato and #leek soup, and had just enough of a little stub left of this leek to regrow it! .
I simply added the root portion of my leek to a mason jar with a tiny bit of water, and now look! A couple of weeks later my leek is looking great, and I am going to be moving it to a pot with a bit of dirt, to make sure it gets the nutrients it needs to grow even bigger, and then give those nutrients to me! :) .
Other things you can regrow include lettuce, celery, and scallions!

Buongiorno a tutti!!❤️❤️ era da un po’ che non mi pesavo e mi sono accorta che sono ingrassata di ben 5/6 kg.. sono rimasta senza parole... questo è dovuto al fatto che non mi rendo conto che anche gli spuntini fanno ingrassare😅 e non solo i pasti principali! Perciò da oggi ho deciso di intraprendere un nuovo percorso, e iniziando a contare le calorie e facendo molta più attività fisica.. se volete anche voi iniziare un nuovo percorso o semplicemente seguirmi sarò felice di aggiornarvi giorno dopo giorno❤️ OGGI si parte con una colazione a bassissimo contenuto calorico: una tazza di the verde ( ricco di benefici ) @twiningsteauk e due fette biscottate con un velo di marmellata @zueggitalia ai frutti di bosco😍😍 oggi devo pure studiare tutto il giorno... a voi come stanno andando gli studi?
As this year comes to a close I can't help but dream about what 2018 will bring for this world and me. Looking back to december 2016, I would have never imagined to be where i am now. I think sometimes we underestimate what we can accomplish in a year's time. My intention for 2017 was authenticity and peeling back the layers and masks I was holding up. I think i did a pretty good job at that so far haha. My intention for 2018 are reconnecting with my inner child even more. Allowing myself to be more care-free and trusting of life's processes. I feel like as a kid I was at the top of my health and happiness because i was simply enjoying every individual moment. I wasn't caught up in the future or the past. Unless it was a week before christmas, then i'd be dreaming of all the presents i would get 😜 I also didn't care about what my body looked like to others. I only cared that it felt good and that it allowed me to run and play around. I want to re-connect with those qualities within me even more. I think I have already done a fair amount of work in this area but more can be dug up, un-learned.

what a magical week this was! feeling completely rejuvenated and all kinds of grateful for spending Sunday through Friday at @thegoldendoor 🌿🙌🏼⛩💆🏼♀️💚✨ we are going to miss our daily hikes, breakfast in bed, fun booty-kicking classes, teaching our cleansing with food classes, facials, massages, decadent dinners, and most of all the inspiring women/new friends we made👯♀️💕 every single person we met during this opportunity from Golden Door staff to women attending, was amazing. A wee clip of yesterday's workout. Today was a rest day (ALWAYS allow yourself a rest day or an active recovery day once a week). I liked this one because:
1) It was a challenge.
2) It kept my heart rate up without being a "cardio workout".
3) I got it done in under 30 minutes.
4) Because I could do it at home I didn't need to spend extra time travelling plus I didn't have to go out in the freezing cold!
