Homemade CASHEW COCONUT GRANOLA on a bed of blueberries and almond milk yogurt 💙🤗 Crunchy and slightly sweet, I’m telling you – serve this and you’ll be a GRANOLA GODDESS 👸🏼✨ I have a serious question. Is there such thing as too much granola? 🤷🏼♀️ Anyone? I’m asking for a friend 😉 Truth be told, I think I’ve eaten more granola in these last few weeks than my entire life! And I’m not stopping now ☺️ So many homemade granola flavor combos to experiment with! This one is great by itself, on oats, smoothies and especially yogurt bowls. See Exhibit A👆🏼
How to make it 👉🏼 In a large bowl, mix:
2 cups @bobsredmill gluten free rolled oats + 1/ cup chopped raw cashews + 1/2 cup @thrivemkt unsweetened coconut chips + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp nutmeg. In a small saucepan, heat till warm: 1/4 cup coconut oil + 3 Tb maple syrup + 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Pour wet ingredients over dry. Mix till all oats and cashews are coated. In a separate bowl, whisk one egg white till frothy. Stir egg white into granola mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out granola. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, giving the pan a shake half way through. Cool completely. DEVOUR 🤤
I’ve been all about the veggie scramble + toast combo lately. Sometimes I throw in a chicken apple sausage if i need extra protein or sunflower butter + honey on the toast if I’m craving something sweet, but the basics work too!

the deets👉🏻 sauté garlic and onions in a pan with olive oil add in 1c of pumpkin purée + 1c of full fat coconut milk + 6cups of water then put it over a bed of spinach and @ancientharvest red lentil pasta.
I topped it with a little fresh nutmeg and pumpkin seeds. #turnipyourlife
I believe that there is no right or wrong way to give birth. hospital, c-section, scheduled induction, birth center, home. however it happens, it’s such a miracle to bring another life into this world. 👶🏽✨
we are planning a homebirth with this little one because it feels right for us and this baby. we hope everything allows for this to remain the plan, but we also know births can’t be planned, only prepared for, and lately I’ve been filled with so much peace that this baby will be born exactly the way he is meant to be. but of course until then I’ll be doing everything I can to keep home an option (staying healthy, mentally preparing to cope with labor & doing what I can to keep him head down and preferably LOA). and as the weeks go by, I’m getting more and more excited to meet him!! #35weekspregnant

Grain free or paleo baking usually involves alternative flours like almond or coconut flour. It’s been a real treat 😏 playing around with new ingredients and seeing how it affects my recipes. soft-boiled eggs tutorial 🍳: bring a pot of water to a boil. then add two eggs and set the timer for 6 minutes (don't reduce the heat). while the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice bath to have ready to place your eggs in immediately (helps SO much with the removal of the shells!) once the timer goes off, place eggs in ice bath and let them cool for at least 10 minutes before cracking. and ENJOY!

HOT DATE LATTE
- 1 cup Califia Farms Cafe Latte Cold Brew
- 4 Dates (pitted)
- 1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms 5 Defenders Mushroom Extract
- 1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Cordyceps-M Extract
In a small pot, add the Cold Brew and Dates. Set the stovetop to medium/low and stir often until heated through (just under bubbling). Pour the hot brew and dates carefully into your blender jar. Add the mushroom extracts. Place the lid on tightly and blend on high speed until smooth. Be careful, contents will be hot 🔥. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy! @real_mushrooms @califiafarms

Topped a whole wheat pita with avocado oil, sautéed garlic rapini, red onion, sliced turkey, an egg, shredded parmesan cheese, and some crushed red pepper. Good things I like my food a little burnt because I forgot I had the broiler on high. Oops 😜

SATURDAY STACKS 🥞 Gingerbread pancakes for a cozy Saturday morning. I’m fully enjoying a day with nothing on the agenda until tonight, so pancakes, coffee, Christmas lights and candles it is. Hope everyone has the best Saturday! 😘♥️ Recipe deets: mix 1 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Add in one egg and 2/3 cup almond milk, add splash of vanilla. Mix and then add 2 Tbsp. molasses. I also added in 1 scoop vital proteins vanilla. Combine all and cook on skillet! Enjoy 😘🥞♥️
