Café da manhã de hoje teve pão francês sim senhor. Tava muuuuito afim de comer um pão torrado com queijo + café com leite (e ainda teve um mamão de quebra, rs), mas queria pão de vdd, e como o 😈 atenta, tinha UM pãozinho sobrando que meu marido comprou essa semana... Não resisti, hahaha. Essas excessões não matam ngm, nem te faz engordar os 10kg que vc perdeu ao longo da sua caminhada, a não ser que isso se torne um hábito frequente. Sejamos felizes sem neuras. ✨✨

I have a love/hate relationship with smoothies. I've tried a lot of fruit/spinach smoothies in an effort to eat healthier, but the ones that taste like peanut butter and chocolate always win because I basically just wish it were ice cream. 🤷🏼♀️ So here we are, with a smoothie that I make weekly that makes me feel like I'm eating healthy with clean ingredients and a serving of protein to start my day off right. My biggest tip is to blend it all together at once if you want the consistency of a Wendy's frosty (aka ice cream🍦). I've tried mixing ingredients one at a time--learn from my mistakes. It just ends up like melted ice cream soup. If you've ever had a Jamba Juice Peanut Butter Moo'd, the flavor is pretty dang close.
-2 large frozen bananas, overripe (key: FROZEN)
-1 cup milk (I'm sure you could try almond/soy)
-3/4 cup ice
-1/4 cup peanut butter (I've tried almond butter but keep going back to peanut butter)
-2 tablespoons cocoa/cacao powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla

🔽1 vaso de leche, agua, yogur o proteina
🔽1 banana fría 🔽1 puñado de frutos rojos congelados
Edulcorante es opcional, yo no le pongo.
También si no tenés la fruta fría podes usar hielo.

My daughter did a quick meal prep for the family. We have a busy few days ahead and will all be running in different directions. It'll be handy to have a ready-to-eat meal that doesn't require a drive through. She made bell pepper and chicken stir fry with cauliflower rice and a little bit of avocado. 👍
Have you ever tried pumpkin? In the UK at least, pumpkin seems to be used only for a Halloween decoration 🎃. But here in Chile, it's common to have a big pumpkin in the local shops and you can buy a slice to eat 😋. Pumpkin has a lovely sweet taste and is a healthy and nourishing carb source. My favourite way to eat it is roasted. To do this, cut your pumpkin into slices around 2-3cm thick, coat with desired spices, salt and pepper and around two teaspoons olive oil (or a bit more if you are doing a big batch) and roast in the oven for around 35 minutes at 200 degrees. They should come out golden and tender when stabbed with a fork. You can play around with the spices you use, I like dusting them with a Mexican taco spice mix or with some oregano, paprika, onion powder and garlic flakes. The tomatoes I added in when the dish had about five minutes left to cook. 🙃
We are rolling into Day 12 of Whole30! Almost halfway there!! Breakfast this morning is leftover sweet potato topped with chopped pecans and cinnamon (with a side of scrambled eggs of course). I never knew so much such wonderful flavor could exist in something so simple! #whole30#wholefoods#cleanfood#breakfast
Protein peanut butter rolls!! Esta receta es la locuraa!! Quedó buenísima! Es apenas para este viernes!! 🎉
* 1 scoop de proteína ISO 100 sabor peanut butter @dymatizecolombia
* 2 claras de huevo
* 1 chorrito de leche de almendras @milsmilk
* 1 wrap de espinaca @ditaliapizza
* Yogurt griego @sanmartinlacteos
* PB2 sabor natural @amerindiasvital
En un procesador ponen las dos claras con el scoop de proteína y el chorrito de leche, con esta mezcla hacen pancakes en una sartén engrasada con un poquito de aceite de coco.
Le esparcen yogurt griego al wrap, ponen los pancakes encima, lo enrollan y lo cortan como si fuera sushi 🌀
Lo servimos con PB2!! El toque final y perfecto 😍 @amerindiasvital
Decoramos con un poquito de arándanos deshidratados y semillitas de calabaza.

My first broccoli pizza. I'm so glad I've finally made it because this pizza is a blaaaast of flavors. I was surprise by how good this taste. I'll for sure try another time this flavorful dish.. 🤗🙊 The recipe will be posted tomorrow on my blog. I'll post the link in my bio.
