The KEY WORD is fresh LOCALLY GROWN (AKA SOURCED) . Locally grown in your region. Where ever you live is where your fresh grown LOCALLY SOURCE is.
If I live and purchase in the state of ILLINOIS , with all the best intentions , food grown farm fresh from the state of CALIFORNIA , it is misleading to say it is grown fresh and LOCALLY. Copy that one. *
By defining the word "grown locally fresh " from a farmers to table vocabulary, we understand the truth of the word FRESH GROWN.
Thank you for reading, it's time to understand that our money VOTES . We need to spend wisely, local grown improves local economy. If we don't raise the standards of how we want to eat ,and grown our food in the land the economic system will always favor where the money goes.
Sourced locally is in the range of 250-270 miles from farm to market. Is fresh just branding then ? You decide. Do your research and read your labels.

A LOT has happened in my person life, these past months but more so these past two months. I don't share much of what goes on or the hard times, because I've always tried to stay strong for myself and others. One thing FORSURE, I will NEVER STOP FIGHTING. I was doing some healthy meal prep over the weekend and decided to make some of our favourite sauces so we can enjoy them guilt free. One that my husband and I love is ketchup, so we were so happy to find this recipe and try it! 🍅
⅓ cup pitted dates soaked in hot water until soft, drained
6 oz tomato paste
3 tbsp water, in addition to soaking the dates
2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
In a food processor or high speed blender, process/blend all ingredients on high speed until pureed, scraping the sides to incorporate all ingredients evenly. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator until ready to use, leftovers can be refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
These tuscan roasted chicken meals are only a few of the hundreds of meals going out for tomorrow's delivery.
I always tell everyone, don't do diets, dont starve yourself, just start eating healthy and clean.

Just another one of my food prep meals I have. 💪 Because I'm on such a low deficit I tend to fast till about 3pm every day so this is the first meal of my day. Great thing about fasting, it allows my body to digest the food I had from the previous night and use the energy I'm getting from that food. This meal is 1000 Calories
