😋😋❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍
Taking care of your body should be priority. I will occasionally splurge on sweet stuff, but for the most part I eat 80% clean, plant based. My body feels the best when I eat this way and I know it is also better for the environment ❤️

🥗 Cancer fighting tip #5 - Add more herbs and spices to your food.
Many, MANY cancer fighting benefits come from the ample use of herbs and spices. Ki's Kitchen's food is widely know for our generous use of herbs and spices. We do this not just for the flavour, but to help you FIGHT DISEASES!! Quick list of some of the top cancer fighting herbs and spices
- turmeric - #1 anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant and best cancer fighter
- oregano - a natural disinfectant - offsets the spread of cancer cells
- black pepper - powerful anti-oxidant, together with turmeric stops the growth of cancer cells, but doesn't kill healthy cells.
- cayenne - another strong antioxidant - drastically reduces the growth of cancer cells, especially in prostate cancer.
- garlic - boosts your immune system, giving cancer less opportunity to start.
A great way to use all of these herbs and spices everyday - in a salad dressing. This dressing (or a variation of it) is served every day in Ki's Kitchen. The original recipe was developed by Chris Wark from chrisbeatcancer.com
Ki's version of Chris' cancer fighting salad dressing
- serves for 4 generous salads
- 1/2 cup cold pressed, first pressed extra virgin organic olive oil or a herb/spice infused evoo
- approx 2 Tbsp organic apple cider vinegar (must have the mother in it)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 tsp garlic powder (fresh is always best)
- 1 tsp dried oregano - as much cayenne as you can tolerate
- shake or mix altogether and add to salad.
We hope these tips are helpful for you and please share with anyone you think or know who may benefit.

I’m telling you, if you haven’t tried this super easy Rosemary Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, you are seriously missing out! 👍🏻 .
👉🏻 preheat over to 450 degrees. Rinse Pork and place in baking dish. Coat in Dijon mustard and then sprinkle with garlic, pepper, drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and then top with Rosemary. Bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes until done. (Pork temp is 145 degrees)
👉🏻 for asparagus, drizzle with lemon and then sprinkle with garlic, pepper and fresh grated Parmesan. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. .
👉🏻 cauliflower rice: sauté on stove on med heat. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and then add in garlic, pepper and grated Parmesan to taste. 👌🏻🙏🏻
When I serve, I drizzle the juice from Pork pan over cauliflower rice and gives it amazing flavor. Enjoy! 👌🏻🤤☺️
Swipe left for exactly what I used tonight! Also, you could marinate the pork in the same ingredients...if you are super ambitious. But who has time for all that?! 😉

I didnt have dinner last night so woke up absolutely ravenous. My breakfast was the fathead dough sandwhich i made earlier in the week. I slathered it with labneh then roast beef slices, boiled egg slices, cucumber slices and tomato slices. It was deliciously filling.
The dinner i was going to have last night, i finished this morning and packed it in for lunch to share with my office mate. The shirataki & veg bolognaise smelled delicious cooking ♨
On this side its Al khamees al wanees (happy Thursday - weekend ahead). Wishing u all a trouble-free Thursday 😗
When I was younger I used to tell myself I can have one dessert a day. I thought I was so healthy only allowing myself one treat. As I got older and learned more about nutrition; I realized that I shouldn't be eating treats everyday and should be eating more plant based foods. Slowly, my tastes buds changed and now I rarely crave sweets.
