So boom check this out! I've been dealing with acne scarring for so long. The problem is I rarely have acne but when I do, I pick at it and boom-scarring. It generally doesn't effect my #confidence and day to day mood but I do still wish my #skin was more toned. So a month ago, I started my serious journey of correcting. Left pics are from June 28. Right column is today. *************************************************Method:
1) at night, I wash my face with #dove then, #exfoliate with dove or with this neutrogena cleanser/mask. Then spray a mix I made with water, tea tree, Acv, #eucalyptus , #lemon and sweet orange #essential#oils . Then put on a coconut oil/ aloe mix followed by joboba oil as another seal. Sometimes I'll swap that out for Vitamin E. at least once a week, after I wash and exfoliate, I do an #aztecclaymask with ACV, #charcoal , and essential oils. Then I rehydrate with raw #honey on my #face for at least 30 minutes. Once I rinse, I use the same moisturizing methods mentioned above.
2) in the morning, I dry exfoliate with a spin brush and then wash my face with dove again. I spray the water, acv and essential oil elixir I made on then go in with either jojoba oil or the coconut oil/Aloe mix. On top of that I use a #neutrogena SPF 65-100. It's been working as you can see! Let's see where I am in another month. #glow#health#clear
