My morning routine....giving thanks, stating my declaration for the day and reflection. I am my best in the morning through the afternoon so I take full advantage. My evening routine....reflecting on 3 things of which I am grateful and prayer.
I have so many ideas and thoughts, that can easily get lost. Honestly at times I become overwhelmed. To help with that I find writing things down help to organize my thoughts and clear my thoughts. My goal these days....Focus on your ONE thing!
Will power is great but to be truthful it fades....know when you are at your best and focus on your ONE thing at that time.
Multitasking. though it sounds great...especially on a resume! It’s not optimal and goes against the way our mind works. To be truly focused you must focus on your ONE thing!
All this to say, focus on your ONE thing what you want to be known for and work the hell out of it.....FOCUS on your ONE THING!!
Still don’t get it.... just think what is Starbucks known for and what is Apple known for.....they Focus on their ONE THING!!
What are some of the things you have going threw your mind when Running?
Tonight I found myself putting allot of thought into work. It's funny how I get home and want to forget about it and spend my free time thinking about it. I guess if you like what you do... Keep up all the good work and eventually it will reward you.
When you just don't know, so you say fuck it, love my job but I think shit has got to change, won't make any rash decisions, will sleep on it think about it over the next week and see how I feel #FuckIt#ClearMind#BrightFuture
