Diet DM rendah kolesterol sesuai kebutuhannya dgn komposisi seimbang saya berikan pada pasien ditambah dengan edukasi pola hidup sehat lainnya (olahraga teratur, istirahat cukup, tidak stres). Cinnamon Muffins

Hi Everyone!
This is the perfect anytime snack! Delicious and easy to prepare!

Preheat oven: 180 degrees F.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 ripe banana peeled and cut into pieces
2 cups almond meal
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process or blend until combined.
Spoon #muffins in a lined muffin tin. Take 1 Tbsp. of #almondbutter with a knife and swirl a bit to each of the muffins and sprinkle #cinnamon on top of each muffin.
Bake for 35 minutes.

Add a blessing and enjoy anytime!

That is why in my opinion counting macros/calories only counts if you're eating whole, unprocessed, unrefined foods; or else you're just putting your focus solely on vanity and losing the entire purpose, TO BE HEALTHY!! There are two ways the stomach tells the satiety center in the brain to stop eating; the first is through caloric density (much like first pics), the second is through barometric pressure or stretch (last pics). This is why nutrient-dense, as opposed to caloric-dense, food keeps you fuller for longer. It also keeps the metabolism in more of a sawtooth presentation of frequency, and not such drastic ups and downs in the insulin and glucagon (opposes insulin) production. I tell people all the time that there is NOTHING meat has that plants do not, however, I can name 1000 things that plants have that meat does not. Where do we think animals (meat) obtain these nutrients to begin with?!?! Don't forget to eat what meat eats, too, and eat your veggies! There is lots of changes take place during pregnancy e.g. physically,mentally,emotionally but changes of different hormones may disturb your eating patterns and if you ignore  a healthy diet intake these days.. it will definitely affect to you and to your baby's growth !! During those trimester your baby get his feed  from you only .. so  whatever you will eat,it will go to your baby ultimately !! DHA,choline,iodine,Iron and folic acid are the most important micronutrients your baby need for brain development !! A member of the #UTSouthwesternMedicalSchool #Classof1998, he completed his internship and residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine – in 1999 and 2001, respectively – and then came to UT Southwestern for a fellowship in gastroenterology. During a subsequent #NIH fellowship, he established a translational research program that uses stable isotope tracers to study #metabolism in nutritional diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Dr. Browning is one of UT Southwestern’s Disease Oriented Clinical Scholars. “The importance of nutrition in health care is increasingly recognized,” Dr. Browning said, “from overnutrition and the rising prevalence of obesity and diabetes, to the role that undernutrition and malnutrition play in health care outcomes in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
