We just got back from an amazing trip back home to Lithuania. It rained all the time, yet we saw many rainbows almost every day. We saw my family and friends, ate a ton of traditional food, and my favorite potato chips 🙈. We walked a lot and got a little sick. Also took an amazing class with the chef @hans_ovando at @bakerstreetstudio 😊 it was an amazing time to be back where I spent all my life except for the past two years. Until next time, Lithuania 🇱🇹 ❤️

Meet Gabbia of @lapiccolagabbia! She is a master canelle-cooker, biscotti baker and dessert duster 🍰🍪🍮🎂 Not only are her pastries to die for, but the person behind the brand is an utter delight! We are continually inspired by Gabbia's tenacity, work ethic and drive. She is a woman who sets goals and fights hard to reach them. Gabbia's Lithuanian roots influence her recipes, and you'll be able find a number of her fresh-baked, European-style treats in our pastry case when we open later this autumn.
