A new drink I shot for @eastbayspicecompany. It's called the Western Bengali Fizz, and it is made with @bols_genever, @lofiaperitifs gentian amaro, simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, egg whites, absinthe, and soda water!

Several dashes of @dcembitterment orange bitters
Stir over ice and strain over a clear iceberg of an ice cube. Top with bitters. Garnish with a blood orange twist.
