My husband likes to call me a lush. No, I correct him, a lush is someone who gets drunk easily. The women in my family just enjoy alcohol. Like this 100-year-old bourbon eggnog recipe from my great grandmother Morgan. Must be the Irish in us! Use 1 to 4 cups of bourbon, its up to you. My sister and I made this today, since it's best if it's had a few days to develop! It's up on ecocult today - enjoy! (Tip: it tastes best with farmers market eggs and cream!) .
Today is a day, outside of indulging in many food and drink, to be extra-aware of all the good things we have in our lives. It’s easy to overlook the small things, so today is a time for reflection and appreciation because each day we are able to do the things we love is a blessing. 🦃✨🥂.
