Tapi siang ini sy gak perlu repot lagi masak gulai jengkol, gak pake peras santan lagi, cukup pake #santanleko , tinggal blender bumbunya aja, langsung deh cemplungin santan lekonya, nih,,, sy tulis resep dan cara masaknya :
Rebus jengkol sampe empuk, lalu belah, pipihkan, sisihkan
Haluskan : cabemerah, rawit, bawmer, bawput, jahe, lengkuas, kunyit dan ketumbar
Bumbu cemplung : serai geprek, daun salam, daun jeruk bila suka, sedikit air asam jawa, kapulaga dan santanleko
Tumis bumbu halus beserta bumbu cemplung kecuali santan dan air asamjawa, masukkan jengkol, aduk rata, tambahkankan air, air asam jawa, garam dan gula, setelah itu masukkan santanleko, masak sampe kuah mengental, bagi teman2 yg ingin mencoba keaslian rasa santan leko, intip aja ignya @santan.leko

For brunch on this snowy morning I made gluten-free banana, flaxseed waffles and served it with coconut whipped cream and berries. My kids have tennis lessons on Sundays and come back home so hungry
I went for easy and used gluten-free @Bisquick and followed the directions on the box. I added 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed and 1 smashed overripe banana. I like to sneak healthy ingredients in where I can, and these are tasty with the extra banana and nuttiness plus omega-3s from the flaxseed
My husband is lactose intolerant, so coconut whipped cream is a good alternative to whipped cream. I used a can of coconut cream and whipped it in a mixer with a couple of tablespoons of powder sugar. Topped with mixed berries. Yum!

I wanted the pain my my left shoulder to go away. I didn’t take action. It got worse. I put up with the pain. I made up excuses. Until I realized how badly I wanted the pain to go away. So I found a can of coconut cream & breathed deeply. Now the pain is gone. .
I don't know how I forgot this messy but yummy dish! Friday lunch. Fried #spinach made with #coconutcream . All I have been dreaming about is making some more tomorrow using some traditional vegetables I got from mother dear today.
