Accidentally made a caramelized apple sauce because I left the apples to cook for too long but you know what it tastes SO GOOD. All good things come to those who cook and watch Netflix at the same time. It's perfect with the coconut yogurt I finally got around to making. Can't believe how much I used to pay for these two items and how easy it is to make at home. That and fancy dairy-free milks. Wtf is up with expensive healthy foods??? Having said that, this cashew granola is sugar-free and naturopathic from Primrose's Kitchen it is SO GOOD and given me by my fellow picky eater @pippa_dufrayer 😊😊😊 .
SO I attempted to make my own coconut yogurt and that was a big fail🙅🏼. So after waiting patiently for 48hrs and having nothing to eat as an end result, I thought F-this, I'm going hunting for coconut yogurt. 💡

5oz plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
2oz banana🍌 (mashed)
21grams banana-flavoured protein powder (grass fed)
1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
A dash of cinnamon!

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Maca powder
1 tbsp flaxmeal
1 tbsp all natural coconut yogurt with live cultures
1 cup coconut mylk
Soak all ingredients over night
In the morning Transfer to a pot on the stove adding more mylk as needed , heat until warm and creamy and enjoy🙌🏻🌱❣️
