Dinner on the go raw vegan style! Here's what I got for ya wrapped up in there: alfalfa sprouts/bean sprouts as a base, fresh avocado slices on top, to make it pop I got some mango salsa made with mango, pineapple, cilantro, onion, a lil bit of black pepper, and lime💥This is how we roll wild style. SO flavorful, and so easy. I threw these in a takeout box and was on with my business . Try it out sometime! 👌🏽

🥄 175 gr de manteca
🥄 175gr de chocolate semi amargo
🥄 120 gr de chocolate con leche
🥄 120 gr de chocolate blanco en trozos
🥄 3 huevos
🥄 280gr de azucar
🥄 90 gr de premezcla sin gluten
🥄 45 gr de cacao en polvo
Precalentar el horno a 180º. Derretir el chocolate semi amargo con la manteca a baño maría. Una vez derretido dejar enfriar. Batir los huevos y el azúcar hasta que quede una consistencia cremosa. Mezclar el chocolate derretido con la crema.
Tamizar el cacao en polvo y la premezcla sobre la mezcla. Agregar el chocolate blanco y el chocolate con leche en trozos en la mezcla.
Colocar toda la mezcla en una fuente previamente enmantecada. Intentar no esparcir mucho la mezcla. Mandar al horno caliente entre 35 y 45 minutos. It's rainy and autumn is well on its way but fear not - here's a tasty stir fry to warm your heart.
2 x rice noodles portion
1/2 bag bean sprouts
1/2 bag spring greens
3 tbsp (20g) canned corn
2 x chicken thighs
1/4 inch ginger diced finely
2 tbsp Fish sauce
1tsp garlic oil
Fresh mint and corriander to taste
Cook the rice noodles as per instructions and leave to side
1. Put the chicken, half the ginger, tamari and fish sauce in a bowl. Marinade the chicken for at least 20minutes if you can- chop into thin slices beforehand to make it easier for frying
3. Julienne the carrots, in a pan with the ginger and a little water start to fry with the oil. Add the chicken
4. When the chicken is cooked through, add the beansprouts, greens and corn and heat through.
5. Finely chop some corriander and mint and mix it in or lay on top with a squeeze of lime.

Seriously, check out the size of these raspberries, they're like a beanie for your finger ❄️ they weren't all squishy and juicy like the little ones are but I liked the sturdiness of them cos they stayed in tact as I bit them. 35SEK on the street fruit stalls... my parents always warned me not to buy from them, but I've done it numerous times and yet to get sick! #WhenInEurope

So I'm massively late to the party on this but finally got round to trying the @marksandspencer #glutenfree New York cheesecake and holy crapola it was good! I've always been put off by the price (£3.50) but picked it up as part of the dine in 2 for £10 deal which made it a bit of a bargain. I could've quite easily eaten the whole thing in one sitting, lovely smooth vanilla flavoured topping on a Materchef-worthy buttery biscuit base. So so good 👌
