to be a spiritual person
albeit not necessarily
a religious one.
There may come
a moment of clarity
in one’s life where
all of one’s ideas, learning, and understandings coalesce to bring insight and depth of comprehension that heretofore was missing. An understanding that paradise exists here amongst and within us directed by a higher being or collective consciousness that enhances and directs our lives.

No more excuses. Keep the promises you make to yourself. For the longest time I would always say, "I should," "I would like to," or "tomorrow fersure." At times I would get up and run, but consistency was my problem. When I started to tell myself "I can, I will, I must" I started to learn self discipline. I stopped putting petty on myself saying, "oh well I didn't get much sleep" or "I'm tired I'll just got later." The time is now. Change starts with taking that first step. Keep believing in yourself and don't let yourself down. You can either be your greatest enemy or your greatest ally. Choose wisely. #believe#RIZEN#MILLENNIALREVILUTION#JUSTDOIT#motivation#selfempower#running#fitness#change#life#Collective#youcandoit#positivequotes#optimism
Update after 16 days ....🍃💚 I fell into the bottom of infinity 😲😂 I experienced a quantum leap in my consciousness –and moved beyond consciousness ... My goal though was to unattach from unwanted experiences and realities – I wanted to move beyond…beyond who I was and my experiences. Empty myself.
I learned the silence and stealth of a Ninja. To snap out of each unwanted and trivial experiences and feelings and emotions and judgements – like you would instinctively dodge when something is being hurled at you. Letting nothing hit or stick.
I felt light and free - free of all perceived identity and beliefs of the ‘who I am’…almost as if I did not exist – even to myself. I was notoriously comfortable with this non-existent part of myself – as though it had always been a known part of me - waiting to be accessed. To be experienced.
So absolutely freeing that I want to keep leading myself back to infinite possibilities of who I cannot be…. And this is only the beginning 😄😚 I would like to thank #bentinhomassaro 🙏for leading the path for us and to #alexftoulis 🙌💚 for this challenge and helping me see that like everyone else – I too can jump timelines

Spend Time Outside!
We can all get caught up with this fast paced lifestyle running back and forth around our city or suburb area trying to get everything done on our todo list and can forget that we are still on this planet called Earth.•
Whether it's going on a hikes, adventuring into a forest and camping. It will with out a doubt make you feel more connected and grounded with earth itself.•
Grab a group of friends or family and head out there to enjoy some of the simplest things like peace, quiet and beautiful site that mother nature built herself.•

Long post but SO worth the read. Thank you @ambuja_yoga for inspiring this post.
Gifts of Community (inspired by Wild Geese)
When Geese fly together; they essentially form a traveling community. As one goose tires leading, it maneuvers it’s way to the rear of the flock where it finds support from the draft of those ahead. The same phenomenon occurs when we as individuals lead our lives in the context of community. Just like the geese, we uplift one another to shine more brightly. By opening to our own inner light in tandem with others who are doing the same, we generate a potent wake that can have tremendous influence on the world around us. In meditation classes students often remark how much easier it is for them to sit and center in the presence of a group. Yoga offers us the toolset only to engage in personal inquiry through dedicated action of body and mind but also to deepen this through mindful interaction with those around us.
There are numerous examples in life in which singular entities gather together to function as a collective. Animals travel in herds, our cells gather in community to form larger systems in the body, and an infinite number of celestial bodies comprise the known universe. In these examples, the singular elements that constitute the greater whole are indeed numerous and diverse, but they are never separate from all of existence. There exists a mutually dependent relationship; without the parts, the collective wouldn’t function as a whole, and without the whole, the parts wouldn’t have purpose. Among animals, our bodies, and the larger universe, fluctuations arise when there is separation, as stray animals, afflicted cells, and disconnected components no longer function in harmony with the larger whole. This same phenomenon occurs when people become isolated physically or energetically from family, friends, and networks of support; struggles with depression and other physical maladies are oftentimes manifestations of this distance. In truth, we can never totally disconnect from one another as we are always in relationship on some level, but we can “mis”connect with the life that is before us. -Mary Oliver
