Loving this last bit of Colombian I roasted last week. Overall the Bolivian was my favorite, strongest aromas on the nose, and most preferable body, taste, and acidity.
The Kenyan was the least favorite, but I think that’s mostly because I roasted the Kenyan and Colombian to be a blend, so they were roasted differently than if they’d been enjoyed on their own.
All in all, a few lessons learned, and looking forward to diving in again this week on so more Bolivian and one of my faves - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (which means “the coffee of kings”) 🙌🏻
