This has been such an awesome week with tons of client #PRs and I love getting to close it out by celebrating with a #highfivefitfriday post!!! And we get to recognize a first timer!
Murtaza has been training with me for several months now. His goals have always been about general health and being strong enough for his job. Well this week he accomplished a major body weight strength achievement: his first ever #pullup . The best part was that this session was a #legday and in between sets of #squats he just decided to show off, jumped up on the bar and crank out 5 sets of 1 pull-up!!! I’ll take it!

transformation from May 2017- December 2017 went down from 165lbs and 13% body fat to 153lbs and 9% body fat. I do not macro diet or limit myself when I eat.
