Home made Mien Ga / chicken glass noodle soup cooked by me & my friend. I have been spending time with my friend at her holiday home for the past couple of days. I am a commis chef in her kitchen but I didn't take any food photo because I just want to enjoy my time with my friend. Till last night, she styled up this bowl for me to snap a shot 😍
Being a good person with good intentions will always reward you in some way or another. Asked the beautiful couple who owns @ThePolyShack to make 10 of their amazingly delicious Polynesian style donuts and got 15, the 2 pack of their mouth watering coconut creams bread and banana pudding. She only charged me for the donuts. I will not forget such generosity and will find a away to return the favour to them.
It's rare find gung-ho hawker selling just one dish, esp it's the #冷门#娘惹鱼漂汤 . The #bakwan were truly homemade and soup tasted of natural sweetness of the cabbage.
