I recently looked in the mirror and wasn't happy with how I looked so I decided that I'm going to commit to going to the gym and workout out 3-4 times a week. Happy Friday! Spontaneous leg day! Didn't plan to go to the gym today but was feeling good so I'm glad I went. Did legs and shoulders today. Didn't really structure anything, just did what felt right! Lots of reps and did a couple sets of heavy lifting.

Last night I almost didn't do this workout. It was my Friday, I was tired, and I just wanted to relax. But the Ab workout from the day before was constantly reminding me of that "good sore" feeling I get after a workout, and how much I love it, so I pushed all the lazy, negative thoughts aside and GOT IT DONE!
Some days are easier than others. The tough days are what makes us stronger! 💖
I live for moments like this. Moments when I'm doing a hard workout but know it'll pay off. Moments when I walk into a gym feeling like I belong. Moments when I know I'm doing something good for my overall health. Moments when I realize I can do something that I originally thought I couldn't. Moments when other people look satisfied after training them. This is why I do what I do. EVERYDAY. 💪💁
Went for circuit training and almost died. That's what happens when I haven't gone to the gym in months to train my stamina. Went for 5kg load in the end as a respect for Fabby and need to tone up 💪💪💪 #committofit

I want you to have this in your bod if you can't find motivation to workout. It's for motivated people, too, but it's absolutely for people who need simple - effective- consistency. I want to help and if it helped me I KNOW it can help you. Creative people -we are our worst enemy because we can think up a million ways to get out of what we don't want to do. My lunch from yesterday and will have again today! Tray dinner from the #tiu31daychallenge with a couple cuties and rice crackers! So good!! M1 is my banana and shake, M2 pumpkin pie chia seed pudding, and m4 creamy cucumber salad! M5 TBD ☺️ I did get 20 minutes of yoga in yesterday before work and and it was just what I needed!

I may have slept through my morning opportunity to work out but I made sure to have time after work! It's taken a long to push through my after work excuses, but I'm SO proud to be here! This Ab workout was definitely one I'm glad I didn't miss! 👌🏼
