I can't count the amount of emails or messages I get asking for tips. Here's 5:
1) Brush your teeth twice daily (if you can't manage this for the sake of a healthy mouth and teeth, why bother continuing to read on, really. It requires discipline, without which nothing can be achieved). 2) Sweat daily (ideally with the use of weights focusing on compound lifts). 3) Eat more vegetables. A serving at each sitting will have you well on your way to any fitness goal and healthy insides. Add a serving of fruit to each meal too.
4) Eat more protein (0.8g per pound of bodyweight is ideal). This macro is filling, needed for muscles and usually ignored in typical Indian diets. Vegans should consume a little more.
5) Be patient. Good quality lean muscle takes time to build regardless of what a supplement or magazine are saying. ⚫ the results start when you do ⚫

Yesterday was the last day at the gym for my amazing client @veganzombie78. Alanna has been at NewEthic right from the beginning. We opened on January 17th, 2015 and she has been in my 8am M-W-F Classes week in and week out. She always brought such a great energy with her which always made the early morning so much fun! We here at @thenewethic will miss you Alanna! We wish you all the best with your love in Mendocino County! I am looking forward to hearing how the garage gym is coming along. Keep after those goals. Made these bad boys yesterday. Soft and chewy vegan peanut butter protein bars (some with spirulina, chlorella, and goji berries). Sugar free, whey free, dairy free, egg free, low fat, and low carb (so much fiber). Packed with protein (mostly pea and rice). Soo freaking tasty, with a nougat like texture. Yum! 🥜👌🏼
Thinking back to this past Sunday when, after 4 months of prep, I finally got to shove food in my mouth and have a nice little lunch date with @jenfuggi 😍 She deserved it just at much as I did, just for putting up with me the last few months 🙈🤣Also... I may have double fisted the most amazing dairy-free ice cream ever from @benandjerrys ... right after throwing back a delicious veggie burger with fries from @bobbysburgerpalace 💁🏻

Nailed these protein bars! Soo good. They taste like chocolate fudge to me. No sugar. No oil. About 20 grams of clean vegan protein in a serving. Yum!
