Using your own bikes on CompuTrainers for a simulated experience of riding on the road, athletes will freewheel on the downhill and feel the tension increase as you climb the hills that make up the 10K course. This is what an awesome FULL service bike shop looks like ❤️ @probikefc is quickly becoming my favorite place in the DC area, haha. Did my #computrainer session with Brian who coached me through strategy for the course and when to properly use my aero bars. He heard some noises when I shifted gears so after my ride Alex adjusted my derailleur and cleaned my breaks/wheels/chain. Then Nick made time to make some tweaks to my Bike fit to address the outside left knee pain I’ve been having. My ride home was smooth as silk! Thank you!!
Garage is still a work in progress but it is coming along for now. Got the essentials #treadmill#bike#computrainer @gozwift #bikeshop and can’t forget the @wser map to remind me of the goals ahead. More cleaning and organization needed but this will work for now. @djtaibai_
9-mile warm up followed by 45-minute intervals - my first structured ride. I’ve learned a lot since joining the local triathlon club @endurancemultisport last month, and this was just my 3rd ride with them. Today I discovered my comfort levels and where I should be.
