Honestly I’m still mind blown that pineapples grow from the ground. It’s the little things kids! 🍍
As we celebrate today, let us not forget the stories that founded our country. Let us honor the Natives. Be grateful but also sensitive to those who mourn. We say Thanksgiving. Some say Unthanksgiving. Be conscious in your journey today, friends! ❤️ w/ @katy0697 and @20alexysmarie
I am the designer of my own catastrophe
Oftentimes, words pour out of me
Always when I’m alone
Lost amidst two worlds
As I cross into the dark side
When the shadows come back to life
In the night
Sleep won’t visit anymore
Only comfort is the rhythm of my beating heart, forevermore
All manner of lies
Consuming all my youthful dreaming
Like my heart is internally bleeding
Blood is how I know I’m still alive
In the darkness of night, stars come to life
Mind travels at the speed of light
With no end in sight
Have patience and time forgotten me?
Didn’t know they wanted to leave me
In the middle of a dream
I need them now more than ever
The voice in my head says “let go”
Venture into the unknown
I’ll be there now and forever
Look in the mirror
Make sense of what you can see
Is it you
Or is it me?
If you stop seeing the world in terms of what you like and what you dislike, and saw things for what they truly are in themselves, you would find more peace in your life.
