🦃 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
Today has got us thinking about festive flavours, and every year the star 🌟 of our table is our homemade 🍎Apple & Cranberry Chutney 🥄 Perfect with turkey 🦃 and chicken🐓 or even as a great addition to sandwiches 🍞 and wraps 🌯. Plus once made, it will last up to 6 months!
Here's how to make it 👇
Add 1kg of peeled, cored and diced cooking apples🍏🍏, 4 sliced white onions, 50g finely chopped root ginger, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 6dsps Stevia and 250ml apple cider vinegar all to a large saucepan. Put on a low heat and stir gently, allowing the sweetener to dissolve.
Bring to the boil, before lowering the heat to allow the mixture to reduce without the lid, for 45 mins🕗. Stir regularly so it doesn’t stick.🥄 Once the 🍏 apples and onions are tender & the mixture has thickened, add in 500g fresh or frozen cranberries. Allow to simmer for 10 mins, you want them to soften, but not to burst.
Spoon the hot chutney in to sterilised jars and seal. Store unopened in a cool, dark place. The chutney will keep for up to 6 months.
Irish Cream Flavored Whipped Cream is a great way to add boozy flavor to coffee and desserts. Only three ingredients, so it’s simple to make! 💕GET THE RECIPE 👉 https://www.berlyskitchen.com/irish-cream-flavored-whipped-cream/😍😊
Spoons! In the making, anyway. This year spice pot/spoon combos are popular at fairs so I'm pushing forward with the fiddly devils!

When everybody else is succumbing to the tradition of eating roasted turkey with cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving, we would like to suggest that you try a turkey burger with some delicious lingonberry mustard instead. 😋🦃🍔💕 Link to recipe in bio.
