Namaste!
Sustainable life style.
"I can't always choose organic food, it's impossible!" — but you can, anytime that's possible, to make that choice. A conscious choice. Sustainable is not just organic, it's something that considers all the resources in a balanced and fair way (that also includes the human side). Inform yourself, consider options, choose. You are responsible for the World you live in, not the government. The government represents you. You give the moto, you build, you decide, you feed. Starts with you. This way you will be represented by your choices. You can start to make them conscious and, with time, take logical actions upon it. It's not about being a fundamentalist, but rather to have a global perspective and, above all, common sense and aknowledge self responsability. Create the World you want to live in, with purpose and intention - we are together in this. Namaste!

😋 tried to make this vegan lebanese dessert "meghli", which basically is a rice pudding with spices 😊 and honestly, it is very easy to make! However, I assume it will take me some practice to get the spicing right and to my liking 😊 this time I thought there was slightly too much anise. But it's a good start and all in all it tastes really good!😉
!note! Mine is darker than the standard one, cause I used different sugar! Recipe deets 👇
• I took the base recipe from tastymediterraneo.com
• the ingredients are basically rice flour, anise powder, caraway powder, cinnamon, sugar, water. Check the exact amounts in the recipe. I topped with dessicated coconut, shredded almonds, crushed walnuts and raisins.
• note that from the given amount of ingredients you get a lot of dessert! 😃 if you are trying out, I'd recommend to use half of everything 😊
• instead of simple sugar I used the dark brown which is slightly wet (hence the darker colour) and definitely had less than in the recipe. I like how 'fresh' this dessert tastes when it's not too sweet!
👌This is definitely an amazing vegan dessert discovery for me! It's more on the healthy side, easy to make and tastes amazing! Certainly thumbs up for this one 😋👍
Our lunch spot today was so beautiful and so dry. We've arrived in the beginning of the first heat wave of the year and someone told us today that they usually don't get rain between April and November in this area. Coming from Denmark (where it rains all the time) that's so crazy to think about. Preserving water is so important everywhere, but especially in places like this | #tnfntravels#preservingwater#preservingwildlife#consciouschoices
Totally, utterly, truly, completely forgiven. .
What needs forgiving? We all suck sometimes it's part of being a bumbling human....
It will free up so much energy...do it for the summer solstice. 🌞 Call to mind what needs forgiven ~ is it yourself? Someone else? Both? Journal it out and burn, release. .
💦💧WATER WEDNESDAY💧💦 @consciouswaterofficial offices in London 🇬🇧 today! The potency of today has been with me since very early this morning.. The energy of the wind.. Strong, slightly chaotic.
A ritual at the beach in celebration of Winter Solstice. The wind was so strong, like a cleansing. Blowing away all the old debris that is not nourishing my highest self. Enlivening and awakening my heart in preparation for what is to come.
The wind sweeps across the earth, The sand like spirits leaving the land. Everything is cleansed. Left to the wildness of my raw truth.
Try it Tuesday-insane focus Day 1 with Insane basics! I was absolutely drenched when I finished! Simply glowing from the inside out! Why because I was so proud to complete the routine without feeling like I was gonna die😂! I've transformed from someone who hated the thought of cardio to someone who now somewhat enjoys it! Who would have thought?🤔
Transformation isn't just about the physical changes but a lot about the mindset changes. From I can't to I can! To viewing my food choices as gee that looks good, to go I really want to eat that? Being conscious about my choices has been a huge part of my journey and now I do things with purpose and passion! Not just mindlessly! How are you choosing?
A client was experiencing a challenge with an employee. The employee was acting arrogant; like a ‘know it all’ about a project being developed by the team. The individual’s attitude had created tension among both team members and the boss. The boss had addressed this attitude several times, but the employee continued to act like the expert; convinced that his analysis of the project was correct. It was not until there was a break down in the project, and the client got upset, that the employee realized his perception had been wrong. Until then, he really believed he had known the correct way to address the project development. When it backfired, he realized his mistake. It was then that he said to his boss, “I didn’t know that I didn’t know.” Pop over to my blog to learn more about changing your perception.

What's the reason we litter?
What's the reason we disrespect Mother Nature?
To me, it's simple--not spending enough time in our natural habitat.
Starbucks isn't a place that comes natural to a human being.
The forest 🌳 is.
The beach 🌊 is.
The mountain 🌄is.
The river and the desert 🌵 are.
A cupcake is not the food that comes natural to humans.
These are 🌶🍅🍒🍑🍌🍉🍇🥒🥗🍆🥑🥝🍋.

Never underestimate the power of good quality food inside of you to support you through those emotional challenging moments ' It is healing to show my emotions. It is safe for me to be vulnerable' I feel it's fair to say this profound #louisehay#affirmation applies to us all, irrespective of gender, sexual orientation etc I dislike the phrase ' be a --- ' as it's so detrimental in our fractured society today. We need to be taught that showing our emotions is a sign of strength of character and is very healthy to express accordingly as opposed to repressed stagnant emotions, enough said.
Tuesday's Luncheon consists of #homemadewithlove#greenjuice from yesterday(if you can't bear the taste of raw broccoli the fresh ginger root and green apples works a treat #tip :), freckled banana 🍌 and #deliciouslyella cacao and almond energy ball as had a inkling this would be a good one to try, in the interests of research. Intuition was spot on here as it's a reminiscent of a virtuous fudgey #vegan brownie so a good recipe(tend to make own treats but it's nice when you taste someone's else's love in food too:)😉💫#selflove#compassion#worldhealing#globalhealing#sunshine#grateful#consciouschoices#healthiswealth#naturalhygiene#justiceforgrenfell#nofilter
There are more leisure activities available in the summertime, more choices to make, more money to spend and more planning to do--all this can cause stress. More leisure time may mean you’re busier than ever. Think, keep it simple. Sometimes, you fall victim to trying to do it all. If you're falling into this pattern, ask yourself what is simple and easy; you don’t need to do it all. See more solutions to summer stressors by visiting my blog. Often the biggest obstacle in making a lifestyle change is our idea of what this should look like in our life and the way we see ourselves.
How we define our health, how we classify who we are (healthy eater vs unhealthy eater), the way we accept that this is the way it is and suffer (headaches, bloating, hormone imbalances, etc, etc)
We feel if we have no time, and limited resources we can't change the way we feel.
You can rebuild and reshape those beliefs.
You have a body that is one hell of an incredible machine that will bend and flow with whatever you give it. You can completely change your health, your body, your energy at your next meal, your next workout, or your next quiet reflective moment. Your workout does not need to be in a gym or even scheduled. Be creative with what you have and do your best to make space for body movement and maybe even some new foods in your weekly rotation.
Even if you've hit a roadblock and you feel like you're never going to get on track, remind yourself that thoughts are not facts.
It can change, it's just temporary.
You've got a lot to see and do. You might as well feel strong and full of vibrant energy while you're exploring.
Almost finished packing for tomorrow. I get so bored on long flights, so I'm planning on bringing heaps of entertainment, food & snacks and warm clothes to keep myself busy and comfortable throughout. Read the details on the blog | #tnfntravels#sunnycali#ecofashion
I've always lived close to sea but 4 years ago I moved to a place where there's sea at the end of every street. I'm not a summer lover, it's true, I have a hard time with heat, I am constantly feeling bloated, have mood swings and feel less energy for most of the times. One thing that this new place has that I love the most is that, since we are by the sea, there's never too much heat. There's always a cool breeze, days are mostly windy, and it's easier for me to go through summer and actually enjoy it. ☀🔥😰🌊🌫❄ Yet, this weekend has been extremely hot and no wind at all. Today, still no wind. 32ºC.
So for my breakfast I did this beautiful smoothie jar w/ homemade granola, chia seeds, blueberries and grated coconut for topping. Hubby was not convinced by the green smoothie I did last month and didn't want to risk the pink one. 🍦🍓🍌 A hot morning with an ice-cream for breakfast? HELL YEAH!🌡 #plantbased#smoothiejar#pinksmoothie#foodporn#foodgasm#slowmornings#instafood#cookingwithlove#nomnomnom#consciouschoices#selflove#zerowaste#zerowastelife#itsthelittlethings
Colors colors everywhere! After almost 3 months of eating/drinking whatever i wanted, lately ive gotten back into meal prepping. I might not be able to train as hard/much as i would like to, but at least now im fueling my body properly and i'm already feeling better. Meal prepping also helps by;
1- my breakfasts and lunches are ready to go so i dont have to scramble in the morning. Which starts off my morning well as i am not a morning person
2- im consciously making choices to eat properly. Fruits and veggies instead of grabbing those tasty tim bits which are so easily accessible at the
3- dinner is somewhat ready when i get home. Allows hubby to golf and me to gym but both of us have good food to eat and quickly. I dont like being hangry.
4- i have my sides ready. Fruit cut up. Proteins cooked. Salads made. Not shown is are my delicious protein balls and overnight oats
Karma of Money
- there's a karma to money that I'm still learning...
Karma - beyond a woo-woo, vague concept is directly how we feel, in the everyday choices and exchanges we make.
There's a sense, that we always get and receive, what what we give and put out. This doesn't always seem directly obvious in a physical exchange...
However, we sense value, and we generally appreciate and honour something or someone more deeply, with fair exchange. 💫
When we are paid the worth of what we are offering, we feel supported and are able to do and offer more, with that payment. We raise one another up.
We sometimes need to create a shift, from seeing offers, bargains or 'cheap' as the automatic attractive choice, and question who and where was the cost taken from. This helps us feel and know, if an exchange feels good and fair. What are we supporting? Is this worth this amount? Can I offer more? Do I need it? Should I find something of greater substance?
Ideally, we would always be exchanging for 'true value' and never forced to push prices down, to compete or take more, from what someone or something is giving us. We would not need to deplete or strip the Earths resources, we would allow time and space for the soil to be replenished. 💫
This starts with us, how we charge and express our worth, and also how we pay and offer others their value, matters. 💫
If we are perpetually in cycles of trying to get more from our $, we will likely feel this on-going sense of emptiness needing to be filled, never having enough and never feeling satisfied...
Equally, if we are forever denying our worth and under-valuing ourselves, we will likely reach burnout and not be able to deliver what we wish we could give and offer to the world.
When we choose to purchase and pay consciously, offer true value, and support each member in a creation - we will likely develop fulfilment and a sense of feeling grateful and satisfied over the long-term. 💫
There is a karma with money, and it is often felt and embodied instantaneously. 💫
Money is a story in all our lives, and we can decide how it unfolds... to know what it is for, who and what can we support with it matters.

What are you saying 'YES' to this weekend?!
Seems like the number of home projects increases directly with the length of daylight hours. Whether it’s keeping the lawn looking great, maintaining the house, or starting a refurbishing project, stress can result. Think quality time and family fun! Chores don’t have to carry a negative theme. Change the tone of chores by making it a fun time to interact with the family without electronics. Work in the yard and then have a cookout or pizza! Create a fun element with the chores. Remember, learn to cultivate an appreciation for each day; both the fun and the frustrations of the summer, and you will experience more peace of mind. Enjoy your summer!Dedicated to raising your consciousness!
Love this wall colour and how well it matches my outfit. This set is is more than two years old and it's still a favourite. I love wearing it together, but it also works great separately. It wasn't ethically made, but I love the cut and quality and it's already passed #30wears | #qualityoverquantity#outandabout#ootd#mye20
