It's crazy to think about how much blood, sweat and years, yes years, I've put into these anacondas. Looking at us from the outside you don't see all the daily water changes, the meal prep, the routine vet checkups, all the enrichment time (and time I spend with them not taking pictures). It's a lot of stuff, but I love every bit of it. I see so many people thinking of animals as their initial purchase price, but that's like basically nothing compared to the time, effort and yes even money you're going to put into that animal over the years. Granted a corn snake is cheaper to maintain than a retic, but you get my point. That's why these aren't animals with a value, they're irreplaceable family to me that I've put my soul into.
