1. Squat: 388 pounds, 3x3
2. Bench Press: 262.5 pounds, 3x3
3. Pause Deadlift: 315 pounds, 3 inch deficit, 3x4
I felt very sluggish during today's training session. Bench press went great and the bar moved with pretty good speed. Squats and deadlifts, however, moved much slower than usual, a sign of accumulated fatigue. I was supposed to do bent over rows after deadlifting but I decided to call it a day instead.
Today was the first day of week 4 out of 9 in preparation for the Dominate the Hill Powerlifting Championship on 12/2/17 at Signal Hill. Current bodyweight is 161.4 pounds.
