The session is followed by a real 'goûter' (French afternoon tea) and there's 🍵 and ☕available all afternoon for parents.

For our Inspiring Dishes from the Market Garden course, our guests just spent 2 hours with Jez walking through the crops, learning about organic growing and harvest those beautiful and seasonal produce. Having a spot of breakfast at the @detour_cafe before I head to @leithscooking for The Essential Vegan cookery class. Felt only right I have a vegan day, and this smashed avocado on toast with a strong black coffee was perfect.
So excited to be learning about vegan cooking, which I find so fascinating and yummy, at such a prestigious cookery school.

Friday's home education French Baking Club made mini #palmiers that looked like the real thing... and some that didn't... but they did all taste authentic! We had SO much fun in the pop-up studio kitchen with all that butter, flour and sugar. Looking forward to this week's session already.
