I stumbled on this really yummy coconut cookies at Grand Square last year; it was heaven.
I drove through a tide everyday to get to it (You can tell I was obsessed).
Never even bothered to check where it was made, to my greatest surprise i discovered it was proudly Nigerian; and made right in the estate where I lived 😲😲😲😲. .
Before I could celebrate, the miracle cookie vanished. I searched and searched every where but it was gone! Just like that? No sign of this company anywhere (💔💔💔💔💔 my heart split into two). . .
We have so many amazing Nigerian brands out there ( If only Nafdac will allow them be great). This week we are on a mission to find them.
Tag a Nigerian brand that makes yummy cookies.

So I LOVE ❤️ to bake cookies and decided to give myself a New Year #cookiechallenge . The idea was just to make cookies that I have never made before. #pecansandies are my first for the year simply because I had all the ingredients on hand. I used #foodgasmrecipes copycat Keebler recipe and the real challenge is not to eat them all. I’ve had four already, somebody save me
