1 paket kabartma tozu
2 su bardağı un
Son olarak kurabiyeleri bulamak için yarım su bardağı pudra şekeri.
Pudra şekeri haricinde tüm malzemeyi yoğurma kabına alın, tüm malzemeleri iyice yoğurun.
Elde ettiğiniz hamur elinizde dağılmaya başlayacak daha fazla un katmadan hamuru toplayıp streç filme sarın, ve buzdolabına koyup iki saat dinlenmeye bırakın, sonra pudra şekerini bir kapa alıp ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar kopartarak elinizde yuvarlayın ve pudra şekerine bulayın.
180 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında 15 dakika kadar pişirin.

I make no claims to be doing so but his sincerity was extremely humbling. It was pleasant but quite cool out this morning as the weather has been. I didn't cook a breakfast as I wanted to get on with what would be a longer day over some hilly terrain. On the way to Rossport I met Xavier heading east. Another cyclist I met heading east a couple days prior had briefed me on Xavier - an eccentric Frenchman with Canadian flags all over his bike. The flags were there but he came off a bit less eccentric than I had hoped. The funny thing I found about him was his ability to attract an array of niche sponsors. He wasn't raising money but had merely said he would "attend bike conferences" and mention the brands that supported him and possibly write a blog. I had never heard of a "bike conference". He had ambition sure. He gave me a couple Roo'bars - an energy bar brand from Bulgaria - and asked me to give one to a guy I would possibly see walking across Canada outside Winnipeg (I never did). Nevertheless, I was impressed with his ability to attract sponsors. So for the rest of my ride that day I thought of all the things I could use replacements for. For example, a broken pair of sunglasses, a padless #Specialized helmet I found in a closet 7 years ago and had used ever since, my quickly degrading #Schwalbe touring tyres. And then less important but fun things like Canadian food brands: #maplesyrup , #OldDutch chips, #beefjerky , #cookies and #sugar . One of my personal mantras is "Don't ask, don't get." However I don't want to tread any closer to the fine line between enduring cyclist and #hobo (the facial hair puts me close enough).

Fazit zum Experiment. Den meisten Kollegen haben die Cookies mit der "normalen" Zuckermenge besser geschmeckt. Lecker waren wohl beide.
