One of the oddest requests we have ever gotten for a custom piece was just before Christmas last year. A client brought us a bag full of broken pieces of a pale green opal glass cup, and wanted a suncatcher made from them. So we put the pieces in a kiln and flattened the glass down, then fit them together, making a swan riding a unicorn.

Derby, a minature Golden-Doodle, walked over today to help her humom load some glass into a kiln to fuse up a batch of last minute gifts. Check out her great little booties, they help keep the salt out of her paws.
