Drunken Gringo pasta! This is my first attempt at dying noodles with wine. Didn’t come out quite as colorful as I hoped, but there’s always next time! For the sauce, I used @mancavecrafteats gringo chorizo, yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions, and three cheese pasta sauce from Trader Joe’s
