In honor and in observance of today's #solareclipse all classes will GLOW. 🌙🌙🌙
"We have a finite focus as human beings, and it’s natural to concentrate on what’s in front of us. At times, this can limit our perspectives on the world, and even cause us to miss out on opportunities. Solar Eclipses might snatch away the familiar temporarily, forcing us to consider options we would never otherwise explore. Although this can cause temporary upheaval, eclipses are “cruel to be kind.” Major growth can happen during these cosmic power outages. This is when we should leap into new (and generally improved) terrain, even if we feel forced there by circumstance."
@billi_pl Q&A #4
training is only a few hours a week, what about the rest of the 23 hours in the day, being conscious in those hours translates it self to the movement in training, basically what I'm saying is as long as you are aware of your body and learning inside and outside of the gym following a program will not detract from your ability to improve and become and aware lifter.
also.. if I'm aware of my movements outside of the dojo well that teach me kung fu?
I missed the pass two weeks of deads but here's my opener for next weekend. 555 lbs I had two special guess come visit me and show up right on time for a little motivation. Boy I needed it. Thanks @gunz504 @boadapparel it's alway good to have great company. #corestrong010
Treadmill fun with Peak Conditioning ✅
Spice up your boring old treadmill routine! Keep your body guessing about what's coming next so you can burn the optimal amount of calories, work in different planes , activate different muscles, stimulate your brain, improve your balance and coordination and ( this is a big one for me ) keep yourself from getting bored 😐 but of course, safety first !! Hold on, slow it down accordingly and attach the safety clip!! I get super bored if I'm just doing cardio. People think I'm nuts when I'm at the gym because I never jump on one thing and stay on it. I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off 🍗. I will jump from one thing to the next then hop off and do jumping jacks and high knees😀 do I look pretty silly...the answer is likely yes✅ Do I care...not particularly. Be comfortable with what you are doing and just go for it!
This is an example of something I might do when I'm working out in my home gym. Not only do I go up and down, I do side shuffles, walk backwards, then high incline, then sprint, then the other side and more!
I also dance on the treadmill, nothing fancy but if a good tune comes on I just can't help myself!! I withhold from doing that at the gym but at home...tunes are cranked and I'm all in🏋🤸🏼♂️💽📀🎵
Lately I have been kicking it old Skool with some Prince 👑 #eroticcity#dontyajustloveprince#peakcoaches#peakconditioningfit#treadmillworkout#cardio#keepitfun#corestrong
Happy #flyday !! Taking your Vinyasa game 📿to the air has SO many incredible benefits. One of the most noticeable is being able to get deeper into poses safely🤸🏼♀️. The aerial silk acts as an ⚓️ anchor for the body forcing correct alignment and a unique opportunity to, quite literally, extend and elevate your flow. Our students, from beginner to advanced, see a direct correlation from their aerial practice to their mat practice, and become 💪🏻stronger yogis because of it. ☯️🕉 Now get to postin' those beautiful #flydayphotos 📷and don't forget to tag #atherialflyday and #atherialfitness to be entered to win FAB prizes. #sweat#flow#breathe#repeat#aerialfitnessforEVERYbody .
You can't figure out the Body through muscle observation. Kinesiology and The art of movement is not the same but yet that's what all fitness coaches trainers in all professions utilize because that's their basis of knowledge. Just because you can see how something moves doesn't mean you know how it functions. It's time to feel things for what it is and stop observing movements and listening to what others are regurgitating for decades and feel what you enjoy doing. The game will be changed #corestrong010 "THE LAWS OF LIFTING AND EVOLUTION" 📖
This girl kicked my butt tonight! She's a mean little trainer! 😂
I showed way down tonight on my plank walls in order to work on form. I still need to bring my arms in a little more so that my hands are directly below my shoulders, but I'm getting a lot better. Watching these videos of myself really helps me to critique myself and get better, but having input from others in my support group it's really invaluable! So grateful for my fit family! Between Vanellope, my trainers, and my fit fam, I'll get there!
