Treadmill fun with Peak Conditioning ✅
Spice up your boring old treadmill routine! Keep your body guessing about what's coming next so you can burn the optimal amount of calories, work in different planes , activate different muscles, stimulate your brain, improve your balance and coordination and ( this is a big one for me ) keep yourself from getting bored 😐 but of course, safety first !! Hold on, slow it down accordingly and attach the safety clip!! I get super bored if I'm just doing cardio. People think I'm nuts when I'm at the gym because I never jump on one thing and stay on it. I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off 🍗. I will jump from one thing to the next then hop off and do jumping jacks and high knees😀 do I look pretty silly...the answer is likely yes✅ Do I care...not particularly. Be comfortable with what you are doing and just go for it! 
This is an example of something I might do when I'm working out in my home gym. Not only do I go up and down, I do side shuffles, walk backwards, then high incline, then sprint, then the other side and more! 
I also dance on the treadmill, nothing fancy but if a good tune comes on I just can't help myself!! I withhold from doing that at the gym but at home...tunes are cranked and I'm all in🏋🤸🏼‍♂️💽📀🎵

I showed way down tonight on my plank walls in order to work on form. I still need to bring my arms in a little more so that my hands are directly below my shoulders, but I'm getting a lot better. Watching these videos of myself really helps me to critique myself and get better, but having input from others in my support group it's really invaluable! So grateful for my fit family! Between Vanellope, my trainers, and my fit fam, I'll get there!
