Wave goodbye to your double chin and say hello to a smoother, more sculpted profile. 👋 Both Kybella treatments must be purchased by Jan. 31 2018. Treatments must be used by Dec 31, 2018. May not be combined with any other offer. #ATLPlastic
Jawline contouring procedure - one of the lesser known treatments that I perform used to accomplish a slimmer and more oval jawline appearance. This can also reduce grinding, as we use neuromodulators to treat masseter hypertrophy. 😴 Small injections are performed using a very fine needle. ⏰Treatments are repeated every 6 months. 💥Very safe, non-invasive and least costly treatment to address masseter hypertrophy. 🎓 This a very technique dependent procedure and I perform every treatment myself. 🤓 Dr. Andrei Metelitsa

This is a tough post for me, mostly because I'm being vulnerable with one of my insecurities that I've had a majority of my life. My damn chin. I’ve had it at ANY weight I’ve been at, even coming out of boot camp when I was nothing but a stick. I’m sure many of you that saw me in person barely noticed it because I would put myself in unnatural positions: extend my neck or put my nose in the air to give myself the appearance of having a chin. I would have to constantly be conscious of it and would practice in the mirror of how to position my face. I’d barely let people take photos of me, or I would hide my face when I’d laugh with my hands.
Cosmetic surgery is usually riddled with judgment, vitriol, and even thinly veiled hatred. Plenty of people buy expensive cars when a when a cheaper car would run just fine, and although there are certain people who might judge the owners of the expensive cars, most people might roll their eyes, imagine the person to be shallow, and move on. People who choose to spend money on cosmetic procedures, on the other hand, are called pathetic, insecure, narcissistic and worse. The irony is that the same crowd usually sees tattoos, piercings, and other body modifications as artistic expression and individual choice—yet somehow it’s shallow or neurotic when a person wants a nose job or fuller lips.
My point is, as long as your motivations are healthy and you simply want to improve a physical aspect of your body and have realistic expectations about your results, then I see absolutely no problem with cosmetic surgery. The emotional impact and confidence that this surgery has given me is indescribable and priceless. I love myself enough to put an end to my insecurities!
I hope this post helps anyone who may be looking into cosmetic surgery in the future. Photos: Pre-op/ 4 days post op/ one week post op (no makeup and still swollen, bruised & recovering)

@Regranned from @hernewnose - POM 3.5 I can now see why so many people did not notice I had my nose done. I didn’t have a hump or broken nose to begin with and my changes were subtle so there was no “shock factor/big reveal” thank goodness considering my background! Not much has visually changed in the last month. My nose feels more normal and is beginning to soften at the tip. I don’t have that weird hypersensitivity to touch anymore which is fantastic. My breathing is not 100% yet but it is continually getting better. I haven’t snored or breathed through my mouth for over two months. I still get buildup of dried mucus in the back of my nose which I need to clear everyday (gross, but just my reality). I’m swollen at the tip still but I’m so used to it that I forget I still have 18 months to go. I have been asked by a few people if I would go through all of this and choose the same surgeon again if I had the chance and I absolutely would. It’s been such a kickstarter to my confidence to make big decisions for myself. I thought it would just be a physical change but it’s so much more. Who knew a scalpel to the face could push you to live a little more. @elitesurgical - #regrann .

Life is 🦋. I can't promise that life will be good to you, because life isn't always ☀️🌈🦄... life is full of death, pain, loss, grief and regrets. I am living proof that one gets out without some scars. 😂 And no one gets out of this life alive. ⚰️I will, however, say that life is transformative and ever-changing. 🦋You'll be 🥇sometimes and you'll be 🥈or 🥉sometimes. If you are considering plastic surgery know that it is not the solution to your happiness. ⭐️ Your unhappiness is rooted deeper than skin could ever touch. I thought that my scars prevented me from living a full life, but the truth is that it's less painful to focus on something outside of yourself than to do the inner-healing. Let's be real, my scars didn't just come from nowhere. 😂 Self-harm is not a behavior that healthy people practice so obviously in addition to the scars on my body, I have some scars that can't be seen. To pursue a career in politics 👩🏼💼👨🏻💼under the 🔎fighting against the greatest enemy and threat to this world 👁 that mankind has ever seen, my fav human (who has chosen to lose sleep on countless occasions just to try to convince me for the 1,000,000th time that he thinks 💭 I'm 💋) says that I'll have to turn my greatest weakness into my greatest strength and they 👁 won't be able to hurt me with my scars when I am at a place where my scars don't hurt me. S/o for being the most patient, loving and understanding 👨🏻I know!💘#scarremoval#scarrevision#plasticsurgery#cosmeticsurgery#selfharm#selfharmscars#selfharmrecovery#mentalhealth#mentalhealthawareness#scarred#scarsaretattooswithbetterstories#scarstoyourbeautiful#scarsandstripes#scarstoproveit

These are our results after just 1 IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatment by our dermal therapists. IPL (Intensive Pulsed Light) is used to remove unwanted sun damage and redness in 1-3 sessions. If you love the sun and with Perth’s hot summer, it may be best for you to get this done from April onwards when you can get lasting results away from harmful sun rays. We use a medical-grade IPL machine, the ‘Cutera Xeo’, as chosen by our plastic surgeons. The TGA-approved Cutera Xeo is safe, non-invasive and can be tailored with precision to your individual skin type and condition.
Feeling pretty homesick today so I visited my favourite spot in Bangkok that reminds me a bit of the lake back home. I’m excited to go to Kuala Lumpur in a couple of days though! Every day I’m trying to get a few hours of walking in so I can lose a little more weight before I get home ☺️ No major weight loss but enough to counteract the buffets I’d been having 😂
