"Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is a common systemic approach for in-home family therapy. The October 2017 issue of the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy includes a research article titled, Barriers and Facilitators to Implementing Functional Family Therapy in a Community Setting, which offers information for FFT practitioners on best practices for structuring FFT intervention. In this post, I summarize this latest research according to the article's main categories: a) referral and pre-intervention contact, b) engagement of families with the [FFT] intervention, c) structure and delivery format of FFT intervention, and d) organizational factors."⠀

Identificamos con mayor facilidad verdades que mentiras porque tendemos a considerar que los demás dicen la verdad, lo cual incrementa nuestra precisión al juzgar verdades (60,3%) y la reduce al 47% al juzgar las mentiras. La confianza también hace que algunas mentiras que parecen menores se conviertan en importantes o graves. Imaginemos que una mujer sabe que su marido le es infiel. Si él la evita, si ella no discute el tema, la "traición" pareciera no estar consumada; pero si decide enfrentarlo y él es capaz de mentirle mirándola a los ojos, el delgado hilo de la confianza se resiente definitivamente. La mentira se transforma en alta traición. 💘
Generalmente recuerdo que cada vez que te abres a una relación te abres automáticamente a una posible traición y eso es normal, nadie es perfecto. 🤗

Ignoring your own self, and acting how you think others want you to act or how you think you 'should' act during the holidays. Or maybe your 'acting' because you are trying to avoid how stressed you feel inside. *
I am suggesting you keep it real. Be YOU. -Don't put on a smile unless you feel like smiling. -Don't participate in secret Santa unless you WANT to participate. -Don't talk to Great Grandma who spits when she talks and is also a close talker if you don't want to. -Don't go to your family's xmas on time unless you WANT to go on time, or go at all!! -Don't apologize for being who you are; if you want to stay home, stay home. If you don't want to host xmas, don't host xmas. *
It's OKAY to be yourself!! I am giving you permission!! And don't apologize for being your true self!!

We have been down for over a decade and I have seen your highs and lows but this year here, 2017, has been your highest. So many accomplishments, so much love, change and growth. 4. Are there treatments along with conventional such as meditation, yoga , and exercise ? Yes, but having the best treatment plan takes you and a counselor, coach working together with the best Plan.
5. Does it work and will it work for me , if you have patience and are willing with trying treatments Anxiety Disorders are Treatable.
