Day 1/80. 💪🏻 That was humbling to say the least. I consider myself strong, but the way I’ve been treating my body the last month- shows. .
That hour workout took an hour and half because of pauses, cleaning up play dough 🙄, fixing my band, etc. At one point I felt so annoyed and even teared up some, but then I remembered: GRACE, BRITTANY. This is a WHOLE NEW journey. .
It’s been a while since I’ve followed a program 100% to the T, and this one is a whole different ball game. So just like I’ve been telling my girls in our group- ALLOW YOURSELF GRACE. .

Thumbs up on Day 1 in the books. I took it easy but felt well prepared after a few rounds of Little Obsession. This has been marked in my calendar for months. Loved the combo of the weights and bands. Definitely felt like I got the most out of my time. Only had to pause it once. Yay boys!! Forget water, after that run I needed a nice cup of hot tea. By some miracle the boys slept in a little (to 6:30) and I got 30 minutes to plan our day and do a little reading. In order to do this every day I would probably have to wake up at 4:30, which I don’t see happening, but it really was a lovely way to start to the day. How do you prefer to start your morning?

Celebrating the big win with both new and old fans. And this is seltzer because in order to get through this game I needed endorphins. A run in the first quarter and Dirty 30 in the 4th quarter. These things stress me out.
Now I’m ready for another game and for a big rest day tomorrow before I start 80 Day Obsession. I’m so excited and so scared to start this workout. I’m really not sure I can pull it off with half marathon training but I’m going to give it a shot.
I’m committed to doing my best and always remembering I exercise because I love my body not because I hate it. That will keep focused on exercise as self care.
I’m also committing to before and after photos. Ugh. If you’ve followed me you know I don’t love before and after photos. You also know I’ve been fighting the scale and fighting my desire to change the numbers on the scale and ignore the scale all at the same time.
I’m strong now but I know I can be stronger. The before and after photos will not to show weight loss but to show growing stronger...and just like the Eagles I’m an underdog ready to fight.
I’m always looking for buddies and partners. If you’re ready to get stronger I might just have an idea for you.
Anyone who knows me knows Lucy is my “thing” that I collect. I am a giddy child when it comes to anything Lucy. 💗 Me and my mammaw used to watch it together when I was younger (and she acted JUST like her) and now that she’s passed, it’s the thing that still keeps her so close to my heart. 💗👭

Life is really all about growing into the person you've always wanted to be. Living life to the very fullest, taking on challenges and going through adversity (sometimes by yourself.) I try to challenge myself daily, either in my workouts or simply by taking on new challenges that make me feel uncomfortable. YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMIT!

Confidence is the sexiest trait a woman can have. I used to be very judgmental about myself and my body, which held me back from being the best version of myself. So I decided - decided to work on myself. There is no "cookie cutter" way or one "meal plan" that will get you those results that you want (abs, muscular legs, defined arms). It's YOUR mindset that will make the difference. You cannot go on in life thinking everything will be handed to you, YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!!! Be open to being uncomfortable 💖 be willing to go the distance 💖 hard work WILL pay off 💖 don't let anyone tell you "you can't" 💖 focus 💖 believe in yourself <💖 & be a badass
