THE BATTERY EFFECT:
The “Battery Effect” is when TWO people within ADORATION & LOVE the heart opens and the ENERGY between both of them GIVE and receive. This transfer of ENERGY can transmute emotional trauma,unlock information within your DNA,align you with your higher self and bring pleasure all at the same time. Instead of feeling drained afterwards,you glow feeling replenished on a spiritual physical and mental level.
In other words BE CAREFUL WHO YOU SHARE YOURSELF WITH!!!!!! This cannot be stressed enough especially in this generation. People fail to realize... sex isn’t just “sex” you’re literally sharing energy. Good energy, bad energy and everything in between kind of energies.
Regardless if you realize it or not. The more people you have sex with the more energy you come in contact with Sex is a POWERFUL connection regardless of its “just a nut”! Do you really want negative energy clinging on to you?

Your Challenge this week (Wednesday -Wednesday 🙋🏻)is to rack up 7 miles of walking, jogging, running, skipping, hopping, or whatever your heart ❤️ desires!
You can walk one mile each day this week or run 7 miles all in one day if you’d like!
The goal is simply to get some fresh air, get that blood pumping, and get those legs moving.
This could be the perfect opportunity to go for a walk every night after dinner, or even spend some quality time with your family (instead of watching TV!). Are you up for the extra 7 miles this week?! No excuses, ok?

Here at Catalyst, we love crawl variations. Bringing movements back to their most primal form, crawls work not only on hip stability/mobility, core control in different planes, and shoulder/scapular mobility, but also tax your energy systems as there aren't many muscles in your body that aren't moving.
Here, Bryan outlines 4 different crawl variations.
#1 . Bear Crawl with Pause - Keeping your core steady, and your knees slightly off the ground, take small steps with opposite hand/foot, and hold a little pause in the middle to challenge your core a bit more than a normal crawl.
#2 . Spiderman Crawl - this works on hip mobility as well as scapular stability, all the while forcing you to stay strong through your core.
#3 . Straight Leg (SHUT UP THAT'S AS STRAIGHT AS BRYAN'S LEGS GET) Crawl - this will help lengthen the hamstrings while forcing you to stabilize through your scapula/rotator cuff.
4. Essentially this is the crawl that you see in your nightmares before you're attacked. Great for shoulder stability and scaring small to medium sized children.

“Come join the Sedalia Lions Club and The Avenues for our Inaugural Pub Crawl! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a fun filled day of events!”
“The Crawl includes 8 locations: Chez When, Coach’s, Craft Beer Cellar, Fitter’s, Liberty Center, Malone’s Downtown Irish Pub, The Oak Room, and Welpman Springs Brewing Company (located in The Fox Theater).”
“With your ticket purchase you will receive a Sedalia Lion Hunt Punch Card and commemorative 16 oz. plastic cup (participants must have the commemorative cup to receive the drink specials). The challenge of the crawl is to make it to each location and partake in one of the drink specials that will be offered to crawl participants (You can have as many as you like though!). While you’re there you will need to find a Sedalia Lions Club member (They’ll be easy to spot!) and have them mark your card, which confirms that you made it to each stop. You can walk, crawl, or ride to these locations. The Sedalia Lions Club PTOW (Picnic Table On Wheels) will be offering free rides up and down Ohio so jump on and enjoy a leisurely lift!”

There are times we want to be farther ahead than we are, or we want to be sprinting towards the finish line, but alas we can’t. We are meant to embrace the present, embrace where you are, and not give up. God Loves the process, He loves the journey and He loves the growth that comes from it in our lives.
I personally would love to just arrive. To be at the finish line, to be completely whole. No more process or journey. But I would miss out on so much valuable aspects of growth, of deeper relationship with God and learning to trust those around me.
Process isn’t always easy, the journey can be hard, but it is worth it.
Don’t give up. Keep moving forward. Each step is success, even if it’s baby steps! .
