Have you heard of the saying ‘hell hath no fury like a woman scorned’ ? No one is angrier than a woman who has been rejected in love. A woman who never blames herself for anything she does. It’s always everyone’s fault !
If so you will know how crazy some women can be. I love 💕 my ladies out there but I am referring to the emotionally irrational types that do exist in our every day lives, HAVE YOU come across one?
Here is how to spot them:
1. The Icy Silence - following your first fight she won’t say anything. Why? So you can cater to her and beg for her attention.
2. The Hidden Ammo- You thought she didn’t notice when you complemented another girls outfit. Think again! It’s always about them and nobody else.
3. They assassinate your character - she will judge you and State that nobody likes you !
4. Playing the victim - it’s all your fault and you’re the cause of all their problems.
5. Dragging Up The Past - Remember that fight you resolved that happened ages ago?
6. Storming Out Dramatically - ignoring you and blaming you for their own insecurities and problems. Well, they have to blame someone and it won’t be her right?
7. Turning Her Friends Against You - when you thought it’s all over think again! because it’s pretty much guaranteed that she has told all of her friends about what an utter ass you are to validate her own hatred.
So what to do with a woman scorned?
Understand that at this point they only see their own truth which has probably been validated by those around them. So don’t attempt to reason with them or take it to heart. Keep moving.... and as I always do - Smile 😁
Introducing Jenni (front) and Phyllis, #264 Wow Women!
I really stepped out of my comfort zone in meeting these two ladies today. I was parked in the cell phone lot at the airport as I waited for my husband's plane to arrive. These two ladies were parked next to me, yet they were standing outside their car discussing something. They eventually got back into their car, leaving the door open. Lo and behold, the ONE thought hits my mind, "I need to meet them!"
No way! They're gonna think I'm crazy walking up to their car door! Nope, these two were to be my Wow Women for today. So I got out of my car, walked up to their door and introduced myself.
Jenni and Phyllis were so glad to meet me. They were lost and needed help finding their way out. They're visiting Austin from California for three days. They'd already started out on the road but realized they were not on the right path. They turned around and came to the cell phone lot to consult their paper map and phone maps but were still confused. I was (hopefully) able to point them in the right direction and gave them suggestions of places to visit.
Jenni and Phyllis are sisters. Jenni is recently retired from a 39 year teaching career with 34 of those years being spent at the same school. I commented on how rare it is for someone to stay in one place for so long. "Not in my school! OUR school is made up of people. It isn't just a place. The people are great, so why leave?"
Phyllis stopped working for a paycheck years ago. Her and her husband own a large home and land that needed taken care of, in addition to multiple lease properties. This became her job even though she didn't see a paycheck. Just recently she told her husband that she was ready to quit and let him take care of all those things! So she did. Now she and Jenni travel together!
Phyllis makes fiber art, which is a kind of art using cloth or fiber. She's currently working on a felt lampshade. She's done giving away her art for free to friends and family and plans to start selling her art.
These two ended up lost in a cell phone lot right next to a stranger who came to their rescue right outside their door. I'm not so crazy after all!
my Ultimate Y.O.L.O moment!!!
For those who knows me know that I never ever hesitate when a chance come up for me to travel. I don't think twice, I just go!!! Harry knows me well enough that he never get shocked anymore when he comes home from normal work day and I say, I've bought a ticket and we're going to xxx in 3 days. My friends also are not shocked anymore when I call them up and say, ok let's go to xxx the day after tomorrow 🤣🤣 poke @vionathen @m.teddy19 #crazywoman
But this trip was exceptional. I woke up one day and just thought I want to check airline tickets out of random. Harry was taking a shower when I yelled out, "wanna go to Jpn today??" he said yea yea yea thinking I was joking. So he went off to work and the kids went away for breakfast. So I was home alone and still got the itch to check the tix again. Suddenly I accidently found a superrr cheap tix to Osaka and tried my luck to book it. It was meant to be!!! I got it for the 5 of us. So, I randomly bought a tix to Japan at 10.30am for 2pm flight. YES!!! 3.5 hours before it's meant to depart!!!!! So I called Harry, the kids and my brother to meet up at the airport and I will pack at home. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was shocked that I did that 😂😂😂 but so we went. No plan just PURE CRAZINESS!!!
I booked the hotel at the boarding lounge while waiting for our flights. I had no plan whatsoever on what we're going to do in Osaka, we just went. °
Living life without plan is super exciting and such a thrill for me. Being spontanious is what keeps me young (at heart). °
The only thoughts in my mind is that, "Why not do it today, cos Tomorrow might never come!!!"
Today I really wanted an Instagram husband @laudyb 😂 for a better pic to show how well @sirena_and_the_sea ‘s multi functional wrap dress and @fabiennechapot ‘s cheetah jumpsuit match... 💛 (instead I took the elevator down and up again, especially for this crappy pic, looking if I’m straight from the eighties with this fuzzy hair 😂😂😂😂)
