Strength training while also completing running training is challenging, but definitely worth it. With Beachbody on demand, we get to choose from so many different workouts depending on our goals and what we are targeting that day. 6-miles tomorrow 😄😄😄

Realized that the weather forecast lied to me. I was going to do 4 miles/4-100m sprints but I'll save that for tonight. 
Everyone was out of the house and I was finished cleaning so I had to do something. Got my @niketraining app out and did the Leg-pocalypse program and I know I'll feel this later. I love it because my legs are so weak and the workout doesn't require any equipment. I did use my TV @apple adapter which I highly recommend for watching anything on the phone. 
A couple things to watch out for on the app: 
1. When you squat, don't keep your eyes forward. Allow your neck and head to move with the rest of your spine - stiffen it up to keep your spine neutral. 
2. When jumping to gain momentum, instead of forcing your arms forward, do the opposite and squeeze your shoulder blades together. You'll thank me later. I won't take credit for that though. I found out the hard way when I did the opposite of what @thebettyrocker taught when I did her challenge. Plus, it just looks more graceful. 😊

11 weeks down, 7 more to go. 😳 I'm still contemplating if I should do a half this weekend.

10 burpees "box jumps" (jumped up on a low stair...don't have a box, didn't want to aggravate an ankle I rolled in the race)

I went slow, and found the thrusters hard, but I hung in there. For the record, I used lighter weight than Margarita, jumped lower, and went much slower...actually trying the workout I see on her page only makes me respect her more! Avant tout je voulais revenir sur mon training d'hier. J'ai fait ma séance popotin pendant 30 min. Ensuite direction la salle pour le crosstraining pendant 35 minutes. Et pour finir direction Décathlon pour la "Fitness Night". On était  200. C'était super sympa. J'ai fait 30 min de Bodyattack et 30 min de Bodycombat! Je me suis sentie très en forme du coup un vrai plaisir et une grande satisfaction!

Aujourd'hui côté training c'était plus soft avec 1h15 d'exercices à la maison dont 30 min avec l'élastique.

Totalement autre chose. Je voulais m'adresser aux filles pour celles qui ne connaissent pas l'huile de coco pour les cheveux. Pour la première fois j'ai fait un masque que j'ai laissé poser toute la nuit sur mes cheveux. Et franchement... QUEL MIRACLE!! C'est comme si je sortais de chez le coiffeur. Une texture douce et soyeuse, des cheveux brillants et hydratés... Bref! Je vous le conseil si vous avez les cheveux dans un état lamentable!

Za mną kolejny dzień kursu w @akfits.pl Dziś na @war_sztat podnoszenie ciężarów. Ufff dostaliśmy mega dawkę wiedzy i pozytywnej energii. Powiem szczerze że nie miałem kompletnie zielonego pojęcia jak ważna jest technika w rwaniu i podrzucie. Na szczęście dzięki @akfits.pl już wiem ile pracy w to trzeba włożyć☺ Jutro trójbój i zapowiada się też mega!!!!🖑
