Training update. 5x5 @ 405. Rest times are at least 5minutes so I’m doing corrective and assistance work between strength sets. 🏋🏻♂️

Vid 2: clamshells 3x10 with a 5s hold at top. I’m not trying to strengthen the glute medius here. Going after the deep external rotators. Much more subtle burn deep in the hip. 💪🏻
Vid 3: butterfly bridge 3x15, now I’m getting after the glutes and glute medius. 💪🏻
Vid 4: dead bugs with DNS, 3x15. Plush hands into wall, flatten low back against floor, and extend one leg at a time. Do not let low back arch. 💪🏻
Vid 5: plank with hip extension, 3x15. Again, focus on maintaining a posterior pelvic tilt and neutral lumbar spine.
