In the mundane routine of our everyday lives we tend to not see self improvement. Our attention is immediately drawn to what we can not fix. We zone in on the parts of our body and soul that we aren't seeing progression in and allow it to consume us. Over the last 2 weeks I've been fighting a serious mental battle with my diet and workouts. Why is the scale going up, not down? Why am I more tired? Why am I not getting where I want to be quicker? • this mornings SUP yoga class was a great reminder that our body's require adjustment and our minds require tenacity.
