So come on and have fun and at the same time help to support sick children all over Ireland.
Undefeated. Undisputed. Uneasy. Hangar 21st November. Tickets on sale now. Come watch me and numerous other “fighters” kick the crap out of each other in a charity event for Crumlin Children’s Hospital. Dara Keenan has promised drinks on him if he wins, so apart from having to buy your own alcohol, why not come along? 👊🏼#irunboxing#crumlinchildrenshospital
Very proud of my great friend @instacfly for his amazing contribution to @cmrf_crumlin. He trained incredibly hard for the last few months; boxing, weight training, skipping - you name it and he did it. Last night we sparred three great rounds in order to raise funds for a great cause. There is still time to donate at idonate.ie/ConorFightNight. Thanks to everyone who came down to support Conor in UNIT 3 (no-one was supporting me!) and to our great sponsor @irish_biltong for all their help and advice. #health#training#exercise#boxing#sparring#crumlinchildrenshospital#irishfitfam#fitfam#community#unit3
We have debated on whether to put up this sign so soon, however this is a special one that we would like to sell the most. And the reason for this being, is that 25% of the purchase price of the sign goes to a very deserving cause, very close to our hearts ❤.
We are donating the money to Crumlin Children's Hospital. So we would love your help to spread the word so we can raise as much money as possible for this very deserving cause.
Signs are €10 to buy 😊

Leeia is 14 years old and receiving end of life/palliative care from the Laura Lynn Children's Foundation and St. John's Ward Crumlin. At 9 months old she had a stroke which led to the discovery of a brain tumour which couldnt be operated on. At one years old she lost her eyesight. She underwent chemotherapy and radiation therapy for a year and a half and eventually she was in remission. In 2015 another brain tumour was discovered and so she started chemotherapy again. In November of 2015 she had another stroke which paralysed her. They gave her two weeks to live. Its now 2017 and she's still fighting but she's completely house bound. We are holding a benefit night on the 23 September in St. Laurences Gaa and have set up a #gofundme page to try get funds for a wheelchair accessible van. We would very much like to get her out and about. Bring her places. The smile it would put on her face would be life affirming. 💕 Any support is greatly appreciated. https://m.facebook.com/events/950416511782891?view=permalink&id=961885697302639 #gofundme#benefit#babysister#sister#stlaurencesgaa#lauralynn#crumlinchildrenshospital
