FIRST RULE OF FIGHT CLUB.. WE TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB. 💪🏼Everyone is fighting some sort of battle in their lives, and we want to stand up and FIGHT for all of it. This event is being held for one of our trainers at Crunch who’s sister has Stage 4 cancer. 💯 percent of the proceeds will go to the family to help with expenses.

Front Squat and Romanian Deadlift 6x6
As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:
20 yd sled push
10 push ups
20 yd sled push
6 box jumps
Then end with some rows on the rowing machine for 1000m💪🏿 I got 6 rounds 🤷🏿♂️ beat me
Working out my stress and all the negative crap away tonight and god do I feel so much better mentally and physically. Back to school now and not ready for the workload ill be given, got to do what you got to do for that diploma am I, right ? 😂🏋🏻♀️
Core and chest today definitely need to incorporate those more into my weekly workout routines, been slacking. Slow progress is good but SLOW 😂

@mikeandersonfit was my first ever trainer years back at Crunch Burbank when I first started getting serious about training.
I was a super skinny half blind guy with no real training background, but he took the time to help me build a solid foundation that has served me well all these years later.
When I started losing my vision not only did he help me try to figure out the cause from a fitness point of view, he also supported and encouraged my decision to continue training despite the vision loss 💪.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the time he invested in me then and for his friendship now 🙏.
@missjessica27 is now frequently taking his classes, which I highly recommend because no one has the type of energy that Mike does during classes 🙌🙌.

Sometimes you have to be YOUR OWN motivation. Look at yourself and say, "DANG, I am impressed. I wanna look exactly like me!" Stop looking at others and wishing you looked like them.. because we all have our own special attributes and sometimes you just have to appreciate YOU for who you are. I'm finding new things about myself every single day that I love. LOVE YOUR OWN BODY AND SOUL. There's only 1 you and no one else can be exactly like you 💕🤘
Today I challenge myself to do something new. I signed up for a 90 minute yoga class. It was a pretty intense power yoga class and my body is definitely sore. It felt good though. I didn't quite get into the mind space they were wanting us to. I never managed to turn my brain off. But time flew by really quickly. I think I wanna go back and do it again just to try to improve my flexibility and get to where I can do some of the more advanced moves. I can also see how little help with my regular workouts and my breathing. I just have to continue getting over my self consciousness. I don't like being in a small room where everyone can see how bad I am at something. Today I realized it isn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Everyone there is there to work on themselves. They're not staring or judging.
