Day 16- Believe in yourself, take on your challenges, dig deep within yourself to conquer fears. Never let anyone bring you down. You got to keep going. Don't let fear or insecurity stop you from trying new things.
Don’t let fear stop you from trying new things-I let the fear of CHEMISTRY hold me back from pursuing nursing for YEARS. But here I am, 6 weeks into the semester, confused 75% of the time but I’m doing my best, studying my ass off, taking detailed notes, asking for help and pushing forward 👊🏼👊🏼

1. A couple of the warm up moves I took from @natalieknowsfitness 👈🏼 a genius and an admirable athlete.
This warm-up is a healthy way for me to engage my core, without risking bad DR. (distassis recti) & HOLY. CORE, people. Try these in your next warm up! 🔥
2. Now that I'm getting heavier, time for one of my fav exercises to become assisted with bands.
I did Tricep dips for the first clip, where you can see how to use bands for more, or less assistance, but assistance none the less. & chest-focused dips for the second clip. Make these chest focused, simply by positioning your chest towards the ground vs. the wall in front of you. 🔥🔥 * I personally love doing dips/pull ups/exercises of the sort, using bands - not assistance machines, where you rest your knees on. This allows surrounding muscles you may not know play a huge role in doing these moves unassisted become much, much stronger. ESPECIALLY your core. Your core braces & activates in order to stabilize you, and keep you from swinging. 😉
