Today I'm working on a few client projects. Instead of working on one thing I tend to work in a couple hour blocks on one project then move to the next, so I'm making as much progress on each client. It also allows me to be more creative.

Sometimes taking time away from a project, stepping back and doing something COMPLETELY different will allow you to come back and look at a project with fresh eyes and new ideas. Even changing your environment like going to a coffee shop or being outside makes a huge difference.

It's the small things... Looking at the tube map this morning, a fella approaches me and says "I'm not in uniform at the moment but I work here, can I help?" He goes inside the booth (blinds still down) to check when the next circle line is en route and to check alternatives, then let's me know and wishes me a great day! He didn't need to do that, he's not in sales, but he delivered above and beyond expectations...leaving me to regard him as a bit of a modern day hero, ensuring I'm wasn't late to my meeting. Now that's customer service.

چندماه گذشته به اتفاق يكي ازدوستان براي صرف صبحانه و برگزاري جلسه اي كاري و ايجاد تنوع،به كله پزي رفتيم و اين موارد  پس از صرف كله پاچه،توجه من را به خود جلب كرد:
١- چاي دم كرده (نه چاي كيسه اي) با ليموترش آوردند و فوق العاده عطر و طعم خوبي داشت.
٢- صاحب مغازه گفت تحويل كله پاچه در محدوده ما كاملاً رايگان است و در بسته بندي مناسب تحويل ميشود و از شاگرد درخواست كرد تا بروشوري را كه به زيبايي طراحي شده بود را تحويل دهد
٣- گفت سروصبحانه در محل كار را هم داريم، يعني سفارش شما ارسال و در جلسات كاري براي شما سرو هم ميشود
٤- در آخرهم گفت اگر از چاي خوشتان آمده باشد به همراه سفارش شما در بسته بندي چاي خشك ويژه خودمان راارسال ميكنيم تا پس از صرف كله پاچه لذت ببريد
٥- سكه اي را هم كه نشان گوسفند روي آن بود و نام مغازه و تلفن داشت به ما داد

اين مغازه علاوه بر ايجاد تجربه اي متفاوت براي مشتري، به افزايش فروش و تشريح خدمات ويژه خود نيز مي پردازد و تنها با يك خداحافظي خشك و خالي مشتري را رها نمي كند.
