4. Make them an offer they cannot refuse
Make an offer to our customers that will make them come back for more. You could do a special deal on pastries, cupcakes or a special discount for birthday cakes.
5. Offer something of value
It is worth offering something extra to your customers. It does not have to cost you a lot of money to do this. You can just simply give existing customers a discount off their next order, or maybe give them free delivery or you can give a free birthday card with every birthday cake? Little things like this will can ensure that your customers keep coming back to order from you again.
