For some reason my motivation is lacking and I am finding myself trying to convince myself to skip workouts. So far I have stuck with my training and haven't skipped this week...but I need to get my motivation back since the weekend will be hard!

I know it's gonna be a long road ahead when I'm only 17 weeks pregnant (that's 23 weeks to go) and already missing riding outside. It's the safety factor. Being clipped in and not falling and yes, I have fallen 😅 Lots of hardcore cyclist on the trails here also make for a higher anxiety ride and not to mention the trail closest to me is pretty darn hilly! Not something I would shy away from post pregnancy but everything is just a bit harder when you're growing a human😌 So I'm at least fortunate that I can ride inside, even tho the weather is turning nice and the last place I want to work out is inside 😒 I'll take what I can get bc this girl isn't done sweating yet! So on this Wednesday, the mid week bump, make life work for you and find time to get in that sweat sesh!💪🏻 Whatever you have to do to get moving, do it, your body, soul, and mind will thank you ✌🏻
