It's been almost half a lifetime ago that I was on a camping with my parents, but this week I decided to drive from Paris, where I was working last week, down to the south of France. My dad has always been a fan of history and the place we visited today has a whole lot of history connected to it! We went to the Commarque castle, which is build upon layers of history itself, dating back to caves that were used in the stone-age and moving all the way up to medieval times. If you ever find yourself around this area, make sure to make your way over here, cause this place truly puts a great perspective on how far we’ve come! This shot is not from the Commarque itself actually, but taken from the Commarque grounds of the opposing castle, named Chateau de Laussel. I’ll make sure to put a picture of Commarque itself up tomorrow!
