‘Working from home has several benefits’, I said to myself while making a knotty decision about the studio. ‘Like, I can start every day with a run!’, my rosy self hollered, carefully dodging the ‘buts’ and ‘what ifs’ the work devoted plodder and sports avoiding sloth in me immediately echoed. Today’s weather could’ve been an argument, but I went. Yay, for me (and the serotonin rush that made me post this)
Taken on yesterday's 'long' run. Lower back and groin are still an issue but I was psyched to be able to run 10 miles relatively pain free compared to last week where 5 miles knocked me off my ass. Patience and listening seemed to have helped immensely. Soon it will be back to 20+ mile runs!
